How do I export my prospects from Outreach?

In Outreach, click the Prospects icon in the left navigation sidebar. Select the prospects you want to export. Click the More Options (three dots) icon and choose Export. Choose Email CSV for anything over 200 records, or Download now for smaller sets, then click Export. Download now is capped at 200 prospects per file. Email CSV handles up to 100,000 records and goes to your user's email address. Download links expire after seven days.

Do I need to change the Outreach CSV before uploading it?

No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Outreach export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Outreach.

Why verify a list that came from Outreach?
