How do I export my people from Attio?

In Attio, open the People table view, or the list view you want to export. Make sure the view shows a column for every attribute you need, including email addresses. If you applied filters, click Save for everyone so the export reflects them. Click Import / Export in the top right of the view and select Export view as CSV. Only the columns visible in the view are exported, and enriched data comes out blank. On Enterprise plans, admins can turn off exports for non-admins.

Do I need to change the Attio CSV before uploading it?

No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Attio export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Attio.
