Switch from DeBounce to SimpleVerifier
Export your finished list from DeBounce as a CSV, sort its statuses with the free results cleaner, and re-check the addresses you care about on SimpleVerifier. The first 100 checks are free with no card; plans then start at $9 a month, monthly only. DeBounce costs $13.80 a month for 5,000 credits, or pay as you go from $3.00 per 1,000 on a 5,000 pack, falling to $0.44 at 5,000,000. Credits and balances at DeBounce do not transfer.
Who this is for
People who are re-evaluating DeBounce for one of the reasons below. If none of them applies, there is no reason to move.
- Re-checks are billed again. DeBounce sells credits per address, so a list you clean every month is bought again every month.
- Short retention. DeBounce's help centre says lists are removed automatically after 7 days and cannot be recovered, so a team that re-downloads old results has to keep its own copies.
Step 1: export your results from DeBounce
- When the validation finishes (DeBounce emails you), open the list in your dashboard and download the results. DeBounce's help centre says you can choose which result segments to include; take all of them.
- Keep the Result and Reason columns. DeBounce's guide says the email order is unchanged, so you can paste those columns back next to your original rows.
- Check the row count first: DeBounce removes duplicate emails by default, so the counts only line up if you removed duplicates from your source or turned de-duplication off before validating.
DeBounce's help centre says lists are deleted 7 days after upload or validation and "there is no way to recover removed lists". Download anything you need before then.

Step 2: sort the statuses you already paid for
Drop the file into the verification results cleaner. It maps each status to send, retest or remove, keeps your other columns and gives you a CSV for each. It runs in the browser and needs no account. Nothing you already paid for is re-verified unless you choose to.
Step 3: re-check the rest on SimpleVerifier
The unconfirmed rows (catch-all, risky, unknown) are the ones worth a second opinion. Upload them at /verify; the first 100 are free. Confirmed mailboxes come back valid, anything we cannot confirm comes back risky, never valid.
Cost comparison
One pass over a list. DeBounce column from its own pricing page, debounce.com, checked . SimpleVerifier is $9 a month for 2,500 emails a month, $19 for 10,000 emails a month, and Pro is $29.99 a month (100,000 a month at full speed, never cut off).
| List size | DeBounce | SimpleVerifier |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $23.00One month of the 10,000/mo plan | $19.00one month of Growth, 10,000 emails a month |
| 50,000 | $69.00One month of the 50,000/mo plan | $29.99one month of Pro |
| 100,000 | $124.20One month of the 100,000/mo plan | $29.99one month of Pro |
On Starter and Growth unused emails do not roll over; a plan is a monthly allowance, not prepaid credit. For your own pattern use the cost calculator. Where DeBounce is cheaper for your size, the table says so.
Who should pick which
Pick DeBounce if
you clean small or one-off lists and want credits that never expire, with no subscription to cancel.
Pick SimpleVerifier if
you verify the same lists repeatedly, or large lists every month, and would rather pay one flat monthly price.
Where DeBounce is better
- Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, and every feature is included on every plan, API included.
- Duplicates are removed for free, so you never pay twice for the same address in one list.
- Its pricing page advertises a rate from $0.00045 per check at the top volumes, a very low published per-check price for large one-off lists.
- Catch-all validation (10 credits) and data enrichment (20 credits) are sold per use, with no plan to pick.
Where SimpleVerifier is better
- Pro is $29.99 a month and never cut off (100,000 a month at full speed), so a list you re-check often does not add to the bill.
- Confirmed results are cached for 14 days, so re-checking an overlapping list is not billed again.
- Phone number format, country and line-type checks and the email finder are in the same plan.

Common questions
- How do I move my DeBounce results to SimpleVerifier?
- Export the finished list from DeBounce as a CSV with its result column, drop it into the free verification results cleaner to sort every status into send, retest or remove, then upload the addresses you want re-checked to SimpleVerifier. Statuses the cleaner does not recognise are listed, never guessed.
- Do I lose anything by leaving DeBounce?
- Possibly. Pay-as-you-go credits never expire, and every feature is included on every plan, API included. Duplicates are removed for free, so you never pay twice for the same address in one list. Pick DeBounce if you clean small or one-off lists and want credits that never expire, with no subscription to cancel.
- Will my unused DeBounce credits transfer?
- No. Credits and balances stay with DeBounce; SimpleVerifier cannot import them. Check DeBounce's own pricing page and terms for what happens to an unused balance.
- Is SimpleVerifier more accurate than DeBounce?
- We have not benchmarked the two, so this page makes no accuracy claim. Anything SimpleVerifier cannot confirm is returned as risky, never valid. Re-check a sample, including addresses you know are dead, and compare.
- Can I try it before I pay?
- Yes. Sign in with Google and the first 100 email checks are free, with no card. Plans then start at $9 a month, monthly only, cancel anytime.
