Email verification pricing
SimpleVerifier costs $29.99 per month for unlimited email verification — no credits, no per-email fees and no monthly volume cap. Every other feature except lead sourcing is unlimited too. Comparable verifiers meter usage instead, from about $16 a month on a small credit allowance up to $99, or pay-as-you-go packs from about $3 per 1,000 on small lists to under $1 at a million.

What “unlimited” actually means
Every vendor that says unlimited has a ceiling somewhere. Here is ours, in full, before you pay rather than after.
- Verification volume No cap
- There is no monthly ceiling on how many addresses you verify. Verification is a DNS and SMTP conversation that costs us nothing per address, which is why we can stop counting.
- Verification throughput 45/minute
- Probes are rate-limited per account to protect the sending reputation of the verification host. A large list still finishes; it queues rather than failing.
- Repeat verifications Free for 14 days
- A confirmed result is cached, so re-uploading an overlapping list returns instantly and opens no new SMTP connections. Credit-based tools charge full price for the second pass.
- Lead search 10,000/month
- Lead sourcing is the one feature with a real per-record cost, so it carries a fair-use limit. Ask if you need more and we will raise it.
The reason this works: a mailbox check is a DNS lookup and a short SMTP conversation. It costs us nothing per address, so metering it would be an arbitrary pricing decision rather than a cost recovery. Lead sourcing does cost real money per record, so that is the one thing with a limit.

Pricing questions
- How much does email verification cost?
- SimpleVerifier is $29.99 per month for unlimited email verification, with no credits and no per-email fees. The rest of the market meters usage: subscriptions run from about $16 to $99 a month against a credit allowance, and pay-as-you-go packs from about $3 per 1,000 on small lists to under $1 per 1,000 at a million. Metered pricing is cheaper for a single small clean and more expensive for large or repeatedly verified lists.
- Is there really no limit on verifications?
- There is no monthly volume cap. Verification runs at up to 45 addresses per minute per account, so a very large list queues rather than being rejected, and confirmed results are cached for 14 days so re-verifying an overlapping list costs nothing and opens no new connections.
- What does the $29.99 plan include besides verification?
- Everything except lead sourcing is unlimited: mailbox verification, the email finder that turns a name and company into a verified address, website enrichment, and the SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blocklist checks. Lead search is included with a fair-use limit of 10,000 records a month.
- Do unused verifications roll over?
- The question does not apply, because nothing is allocated. There is no balance to spend, expire or roll over — that is the difference between a flat plan and a credit plan.
- Is there a free trial?
- There are free public tools instead of a trial: a deliverability audit, a single-address checker and a set of DNS record checks, all usable without an account. They run the same engine the paid product does, so you can judge the accuracy before paying anything.
- Can I cancel anytime?
- Yes. There is no contract and no cancellation fee. Cancel from your account and the subscription stops at the end of the current period.
