What to watch: the plans stop at 100,000 credits for $497 a month, Deep Verification spends 3 credits per address, and its pricing page says all purchases are final, with no refunds for unused credits.
What it does well: Scrubby is worth keeping if you want catch-all and SEG-protected addresses turned into valid or invalid rather than graded: Quick Verification covers them at 1 credit, and Deep Verification sends a real email to each address and watches the server's response for 72 hours, at 3 credits.
For small volumes Scrubby can cost less than Pro: up to 4,875 addresses can be bought from Scrubby for under $39. If that covers your list and you verify it once, Scrubby may be the better buy.
