Who this is for
People who are re-evaluating MillionVerifier for one of the reasons below. If none of them applies, there is no reason to move.
- Pay-as-you-go only. Every pass over a list is a new purchase, so re-checking the same list monthly adds up.
- Reported friction. Trustpilot's AI-generated summary says some reviewers mention unexpected credit pricing after sign-up, file-size limits on large CSV imports and results they found inconsistent. One recent 1-star reviewer disputed that addresses flagged bad were bad, and MillionVerifier asked for the addresses. MillionVerifier is rated 4.2 of 5 from 283 reviews. Step 1: export your results from MillionVerifier
- Find the finished file in your list (search by file name or File ID) and click Download Reports.
- Choose Full Report: it contains every Good, Risky and Bad address plus your original columns, which is what you want for a migration.
- Or choose Custom Report to pull only some categories, such as Catch-all.
MillionVerifier's help page says reports download as CSV and also lists a PDF summary; use the CSV.

Step 2: sort the statuses you already paid for
Drop the file into the verification results cleaner. It maps each status to send, retest or remove, keeps your other columns and gives you a CSV for each. It runs in the browser and needs no account. Nothing you already paid for is re-verified unless you choose to.
Step 3: re-check the rest on SimpleVerifier
The unconfirmed rows (catch-all, risky, unknown) are the ones worth a second opinion. Upload them at /verify; the first 100 are free. Confirmed mailboxes come back valid, anything we cannot confirm comes back risky, never valid.
