Switch from ZeroBounce to SimpleVerifier
Export your finished list from ZeroBounce as a CSV, sort its statuses with the free results cleaner, and re-check the addresses you care about on SimpleVerifier. Who this is for
People who are re-evaluating ZeroBounce for one of the reasons below. If none of them applies, there is no reason to move.
- Price per list. ZeroBounce lists $39 for 2,000 credits pay as you go and ONE at $99 a month for 10,000.
- Credit cost clarity. One 1-star Trustpilot reviewer says checkout did not make clear that an Email Finder lookup costs 20 credits; ZeroBounce replied that it would review how pricing is presented. Step 1: export your results from ZeroBounce
- Wait until the file shows as finished, then click the download arrow on its row in the Validate tab.
- Pick the columns to append (activity data is optional) and confirm.
- ZeroBounce sends a ZIP of per-status CSVs plus your original upload. The ZIP is encrypted and the key is emailed to you each time you click download.
- Unzip it and use the files for Valid, Catch-All, Unknown and the rest as they come, or merge them into one file.
ZeroBounce's documentation says results can be downloaded for 30 days after upload, after which the data is deleted. Export anything you need to keep.

Step 2: sort the statuses you already paid for
Drop the file into the verification results cleaner. It maps each status to send, retest or remove, keeps your other columns and gives you a CSV for each. It runs in the browser and needs no account. Nothing you already paid for is re-verified unless you choose to.
Step 3: re-check the rest on SimpleVerifier
