Switch from NeverBounce to SimpleVerifier

The first 100 checks are free with no card; plans then start at $9 a month, monthly only. NeverBounce costs $49 a month for 10,000 credits, or pay as you go from $8.00 per 1,000, billed per email. Credits and balances at NeverBounce do not transfer.
Who this is for
People who are re-evaluating NeverBounce for one of the reasons below. If none of them applies, there is no reason to move.
- Credit expiry. NeverBounce's pricing page says pay-as-you-go credits expire 12 months after purchase. On Trustpilot, reviewers say credits now expire, that some were sold without an expiry date, and one describes about seven days' notice to use a balance. Source: NeverBounce on Trustpilot (1.9 of 5, 32 reviews, customers not invited to review).
- Refunds and support. Some Trustpilot reviewers report being told a refund was not possible and difficulty reaching a person. Trustpilot does not fact-check reviews; these are individual accounts, and the sample is small. Source: NeverBounce on Trustpilot.
- Price at small volume: pay as you go is $8 per 1,000 and Growth is $49 a month for up to 10,000.

Step 1: export your results from NeverBounce
- Open the finished list in your NeverBounce dashboard and choose the download option.
- In the download window pick how duplicates are handled and which of the result codes to include. Choose everything so you keep the full history.
- Keep the result column. NeverBounce's guide says the last column of a list file holds the result code.
Download every list you want to keep before you stop using the account.

Step 2: sort the statuses you already paid for
Drop the file into the verification results cleaner. It maps each status to send, retest or remove, keeps your other columns and gives you a CSV for each. It runs in the browser and needs no account. Nothing you already paid for is re-verified unless you choose to.
Step 3: re-check the rest on SimpleVerifier
The unconfirmed rows (catch-all, risky, unknown) are the ones worth a second opinion. Upload them at /verify; the first 100 are free. Confirmed mailboxes come back valid, anything we cannot confirm comes back risky, never valid.

Common questions
- How do I move my NeverBounce results to SimpleVerifier?
- Export the finished list from NeverBounce as a CSV with its result column, drop it into the free verification results cleaner to sort every status into send, retest or remove, then upload the addresses you want re-checked to SimpleVerifier. Statuses the cleaner does not recognise are listed, never guessed.
- Do I lose anything by leaving NeverBounce?
- Possibly. Its pricing page says it works with 80+ integrations, including Zapier, n8n, HubSpot and Mailchimp. Sync cleans lists inside connected tools automatically, and Growth only bills new, unique emails. Pick NeverBounce if you need verification wired into many marketing tools through native integrations, or you already run on ZoomInfo.
- Will my unused NeverBounce credits transfer?
- No. Credits and balances stay with NeverBounce; SimpleVerifier cannot import them. Check NeverBounce's own pricing page and terms for what happens to an unused balance.
- Is SimpleVerifier more accurate than NeverBounce?
- We have not benchmarked the two, so this page makes no accuracy claim. Anything SimpleVerifier cannot confirm is returned as risky, never valid. Re-check a sample, including addresses you know are dead, and compare.
