- SimpleVerifier currently blocks 8,740 disposable email domains. The real total is higher and moves constantly, because domains are cheap and providers rotate through them deliberately to stay ahead of blocklists. Our list is loaded from a file beside the verification engine so it can be refreshed without a code change.
- Where does this disposable domain list come from?
- It is the live blocklist the verification engine uses, not a marketing page compiled separately — so what you see here is exactly what gets applied to your uploads. One safeguard is built in permanently: the free consumer providers, Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo and the rest, are explicitly subtracted from the list, because misclassifying a real mail host as disposable would throw away most of a typical consumer list.
