Bulk email verifier for CSV lists
A bulk email verifier checks a whole list at once: upload a CSV, and each address gets a syntax check, an MX lookup and an SMTP mailbox probe. SimpleVerifier takes files up to 100,000 rows, returns valid, risky and invalid as separate exports, and costs $29.99 a month with no cap on verifications, or $9 for a one-time 2,500 emails pack.
Most bulk verifiers bill per address, so the price of a list depends on its size and on how many times you check it. Ours is a flat monthly plan, which costs the same for one list of 10,000 as for several of 100,000. For a single small list, the one-time packs or a metered vendor in the table below can cost less, and the table says so.

What happens to each address
Every row is normalised, de-duplicated and checked for syntax first. Then the domain's MX records are looked up, and the recipient's mail server is asked whether the specific mailbox exists, without sending an email. 9,913 disposable domains are flagged, as are role addresses such as info@ and sales@.
Anything the mailbox probe could not confirm, including addresses at catch-all domains that accept every recipient, is returned as risky rather than valid. That keeps the valid file honest: it contains addresses a server actually confirmed.
How long a bulk list takes
Verification runs at up to 45 addresses a minute per account. A list of 10,000 takes about 4 hours and one of 100,000 about 38 hours. Larger lists queue rather than fail, and you can close the tab: the results wait in your history.
We publish the rate because some mail servers slow down or block verifiers that probe too fast, and a rushed probe returns more unknowns. The trade is time for fewer addresses left unresolved.
Common questions
- How many emails can I verify in bulk at once?
- One CSV can hold up to 100,000 rows. Split a larger list into several files; on Pro there is no monthly cap, so the number of files does not change the price.
- What does bulk email verification cost?
- Pro is $29.99 a month with no cap on verifications. One-time packs are $9 for 2,500 emails and $19 for 10,000 emails, and those credits never expire. Metered vendors charge per address; the table on this page compares them at three list sizes.
- Does bulk verification send an email to each address?
- No. The check talks to the recipient's mail server and stops before any message is sent, so nobody on your list receives anything.
- What file formats can I upload?
