Email verification for SDR and outsourced sales teams

SDR teams and outsourced sales shops send from many inboxes at once, so one rep's bad list can hurt the whole team's deliverability. Verify lists before they reach reps, from one account with shared volume. Business ($99 a month) has 5 seats; Agency ($249) has 15 seats plus client workspaces if you sell on behalf of several clients.

Plan details as of 23 Oct 2026. The pricing page is the source of truth.

The use case

A manager pulls a territory or account list, an ops person enriches it, and reps work it across email and phone. Verification belongs between enrichment and the sequence. Catch-all domains and role addresses are flagged so reps know which contacts are worth a phone call instead.

The workflow

  1. 1

    Ops verifies once, reps reuse

Verify the list on the shared account. Everyone on a seat sees the same lists and results.

  2. 2

    Sort by result

Valid addresses go into the sequence. Risky addresses, including catch-alls and role inboxes, go to a slower or phone-first track.

  3. 3

Separate clients if you sell for others

On Agency, use a workspace per client so lists and exports never mix.

  4. 4

    Check phone formats

Pro and above include phone format checks (E.164, country, number type from the numbering plan). That is a format check, not a live-line check; live carrier lookups are a separate $20 add-on.

  5. 5

Use the API from your stack

Verify as part of the enrichment step so reps never see an unverified lead.

Which plan fits

Business ($99) fits a team of up to 5 people on one list pool. Move to Agency ($249) for 15 seats and client workspaces.

Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.

Calling or texting lists carries its own rules (for example TCPA in the US). Verification does not provide consent.

What does your client book cost to verify each month?

Competitor figures are the cheapest published route that covers the volume in one month: a subscription tier whose allowance covers it, or the pay-as-you-go pack bought again each month. They price verification credits only; we have not compared their team features. Prices change, so check each page before you decide. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Common questions

Does this check whether a phone number is in service?
Not on the base plans. Phone format checks read the numbering plan. Live carrier lookups are a separate add-on and report the carrier's line type, not whether a person will answer.
How do seats and client workspaces work?
A seat is one person, the owner included: Business has 5 seats and Agency has 15. Teammates share the account's lists, monthly volume and API keys. Client workspaces are on Agency: you pick a client when you upload a list, then filter History and exports by client. Deleting a workspace keeps its lists; they just lose the label.
What does the priority lane do, and how fast is it?
Big lists on Business and Agency go ahead of other big lists in the shared queue, within the plan's monthly full-speed volume. Small lists under 2,000 rows always run first on every plan. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
Can we call it from our own tooling?
Yes. Business includes 100,000 API calls a month and Agency 300,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 on monthly billing. Docs are at /docs/api.
