Email verification QA for data and list brokers

If you sell lists, run a verification pass before delivery and report it as it is: valid, risky and invalid, with reasons. An address the mailbox check cannot confirm is risky here, never valid, so your own report never claims more than was checked. Business ($99 a month) covers 1,000,000 emails a month; Agency ($249) covers 3,000,000.

Plan details as of 23 Oct 2026. The pricing page is the source of truth.

The use case

A buyer disputes a list because it bounced. A verification pass before delivery, with the results file kept, gives you a record of what was checked and when. It does not make the list immune to decay: confirmed mailboxes are cached for about two weeks, and addresses go bad after that.

The workflow

  1. 1

    Verify before delivery

Run the final file through verification and export valid, risky and invalid separately.

  2. 2

Be exact in the product description

Sell valid as valid. Describe risky as unconfirmed. Do not relabel it.

  3. 3

Use the API for large or recurring files

Call the API from your pipeline. Business includes 100,000 calls a month, Agency 300,000.

  4. 4

    Plan for the speed

Very large files run for days on shared capacity. Quote delivery times with that in mind.

  5. 5

    Keep a record

Keep the results file with the job, dated, in case a buyer asks.

Which plan fits

Business ($99) for 1,000,000 emails a month, Agency ($249) for 3,000,000. Past the monthly volume, lists keep running in a slower shared lane; they are never refused. If you regularly verify tens of millions of rows a month, this self-serve plan is not sized for you.

Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.

We do not vouch for how a list was collected. Brokers remain responsible for consent and lawful sale of the data.

Competitor figures are the cheapest published route that covers the volume in one month: a subscription tier whose allowance covers it, or the pay-as-you-go pack bought again each month. Common questions

Can I call an address valid if you could not confirm it?
We never do. Anything the mailbox check could not confirm is returned as risky, and your own reports should say the same.
How do seats and client workspaces work?
A seat is one person, the owner included: Business has 5 seats and Agency has 15. Teammates share the account's lists, monthly volume and API keys. Client workspaces are on Agency: you pick a client when you upload a list, then filter History and exports by client. Deleting a workspace keeps its lists; they just lose the label.
What does the priority lane do, and how fast is it?
Big lists on Business and Agency go ahead of other big lists in the shared queue, within the plan's monthly full-speed volume. Small lists under 2,000 rows always run first on every plan. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
Can we call it from our own tooling?
Yes. Business includes 100,000 API calls a month and Agency 300,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 on monthly billing. Docs are at /docs/api.
