Email verification for marketing agencies
Agencies running email for clients inherit whatever list the client brings. Verify it at onboarding, then before big sends, so a dead-address problem is found before the first campaign. The Agency plan ($249 a month) files each list under a client workspace, gives 15 seats to your team and covers 3,000,000 emails a month at full speed.

The use case
A new client hands over a Mailchimp, Klaviyo or CRM export. You do not know its history, and its first bounces land on the platform account you manage. Verifying at onboarding gives you a baseline and an honest conversation about list quality. Re-verifying before a seasonal send catches addresses that went bad since.
The workflow
- 1
Workspace at onboarding
Create the client's workspace before you upload their first export.
- 2
Verify the export
Upload the CSV and review valid, risky and invalid counts. Each row has a reason.
- 3
Suppress invalid, segment risky
Remove invalid addresses in the client's platform. Keep risky addresses out of the first send.
- 4
Report back
Share the counts with the client. Do not promise results beyond what verification covers: it does not find inactive subscribers.
- 5
Repeat before big sends
Re-verify before a seasonal or promotional send. Addresses go bad over time.
Which plan fits
Agency ($249) when you manage lists for several clients and want them kept apart. Business ($99) if you mostly work on your own list with a small team.
Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
A clean list is not a consented list. Verification cannot fix subscribers who never agreed to hear from the client.

Competitor figures are the cheapest published route that covers the volume in one month: a subscription tier whose allowance covers it, or the pay-as-you-go pack bought again each month. They price verification credits only; we have not compared their team features. Prices change, so check each page before you decide. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Common questions
- Does it find inactive subscribers?
- No. It checks whether an address can receive mail, not whether anyone reads it. Use the client platform's engagement segments for that.
- How do seats and client workspaces work?
- A seat is one person, the owner included: Business has 5 seats and Agency has 15. Teammates share the account's lists, monthly volume and API keys. Client workspaces are on Agency: you pick a client when you upload a list, then filter History and exports by client. Deleting a workspace keeps its lists; they just lose the label.
- What does the priority lane do, and how fast is it?
- Big lists on Business and Agency go ahead of other big lists in the shared queue, within the plan's monthly full-speed volume. Small lists under 2,000 rows always run first on every plan. - Can we call it from our own tooling?
- Yes. Business includes 100,000 API calls a month and Agency 300,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 on monthly billing. Docs are at /docs/api.
