Email verification for recruiters and staffing agencies
Candidate lists age quickly as people change jobs, so an old database bounces more than a new one. Re-verify a list before each outreach campaign, use the email finder to fill gaps from a name and company, and share one account across the desk. Business ($99 a month) has 5 seats; Agency ($249) has 15 and client workspaces for staffing firms that recruit for several employers.

The use case
You keep a database of candidates and hiring managers, and run outreach when a role opens. Work email addresses go dead when someone leaves; personal addresses last longer but are not always the right channel. Verification before each campaign tells you which addresses can still receive mail.
The workflow
- 1
Export from your ATS or CRM
Export the segment for this role as a CSV.
- 2
Fill gaps with the finder
Use the email finder (name and company to a verified address) for contacts with no email on file.
- 3
Verify and split
Valid addresses go into the campaign. Risky addresses wait or go to LinkedIn or phone.
- 4
One workspace per employer
On Agency, file lists by the client you are recruiting for.
- 5
Re-import the clean file
Update your ATS with the valid file so the next search starts from a cleaner list.
Which plan fits
Business ($99) for a desk of up to 5. Agency ($249) for 15 seats and per-client workspaces. A solo recruiter may need only Pro ($29.99).
Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
Candidate data is personal data. Verification only checks deliverability; make sure you have a lawful basis to contact people under the rules where they live.

Competitor figures are the cheapest published route that covers the volume in one month: a subscription tier whose allowance covers it, or the pay-as-you-go pack bought again each month. Common questions
- Does verification tell me if a candidate still works there?
- No. It checks whether the address can receive mail. A mailbox can stay active after someone leaves, and a bounce is the usual first sign they have not.
- How do seats and client workspaces work?
- A seat is one person, the owner included: Business has 5 seats and Agency has 15. Teammates share the account's lists, monthly volume and API keys. Client workspaces are on Agency: you pick a client when you upload a list, then filter History and exports by client. Deleting a workspace keeps its lists; they just lose the label.
- What does the priority lane do, and how fast is it?
- Big lists on Business and Agency go ahead of other big lists in the shared queue, within the plan's monthly full-speed volume. Small lists under 2,000 rows always run first on every plan. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
- Can we call it from our own tooling?
- Yes. Business includes 100,000 API calls a month and Agency 300,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 on monthly billing. Docs are at /docs/api.
