Email verification for lead generation agencies
A lead generation agency's product is a list a client can use. If a share of it bounces, the client notices before they notice your results. Verify each delivery, file it under the client's workspace and keep the results file with the job. Agency ($249 a month) covers 3,000,000 emails a month, 15 seats and client workspaces.

The use case
You build lists from several sources, merge and de-duplicate them, then deliver a file per client. Verifying the final file, not the raw sources, is what you can stand behind. Reporting how many rows were valid, risky and invalid, with a reason on each row, turns a vague promise into a deliverable.
The workflow
- 1
One workspace per client
File each delivery under the client. Filter History by client to find an old list when they ask.
- 2
Verify the merged, de-duplicated file
De-duplicate first, then verify the final file you will deliver rather than each raw source.
- 3
Deliver valid, label risky
Export valid, risky and invalid separately. Hand over valid, and say plainly which rows were not confirmed.
- 4
Share seats, not logins
Add your researchers and account managers as seats (15 on Agency, owner included) so they share lists and volume without sharing a password.
- 5
Wire it into your pipeline
Use the API to verify at the end of your own enrichment script.
Which plan fits
Agency ($249) is built for this: workspaces per client, 15 seats, 3,000,000 emails a month at full speed. If you deliver to one or two clients and do not need workspaces, Business ($99) has 5 seats and 1,000,000 emails a month.
Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
Do not describe a verified list as 'guaranteed' or 'clean' to a client. Risky means unconfirmed, and addresses can go bad after the check; confirmed mailboxes are cached for about two weeks.

Competitor figures are the cheapest published route that covers the volume in one month: a subscription tier whose allowance covers it, or the pay-as-you-go pack bought again each month. They price verification credits only; we have not compared their team features. Prices change, so check each page before you decide. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Common questions
- Can I show a client which rows were checked and why?
- Yes. Every row in the results file carries a status and a reason, and you can export valid, risky and invalid separately.
- How do seats and client workspaces work?
- A seat is one person, the owner included: Business has 5 seats and Agency has 15. Teammates share the account's lists, monthly volume and API keys. Client workspaces are on Agency: you pick a client when you upload a list, then filter History and exports by client. Deleting a workspace keeps its lists; they just lose the label.
- What does the priority lane do, and how fast is it?
- Big lists on Business and Agency go ahead of other big lists in the shared queue, within the plan's monthly full-speed volume. Small lists under 2,000 rows always run first on every plan. Full speed is a monthly volume, not a promise of hours. Mailbox checks are paced and the day's check capacity is shared between customers, so a very large list takes days. It queues rather than failing, and the job card shows an estimated finish time. Plan client deadlines around that.
- Can we call it from our own tooling?
- Yes. Business includes 100,000 API calls a month and Agency 300,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 on monthly billing. Docs are at /docs/api.
