The cheapest email verification, by list size
The cheapest email verifier depends on two things: how big the list is and how often you check it. Credit packs are usually cheapest for one small pass; flat monthly plans are usually cheapest for large or repeated lists. For one list of 10,000, the lowest published price we found is Reoon at $11.90; SimpleVerifier costs $19 (one month of Growth, 10,000 emails a month). The tables below show every vendor we price, including the ones that cost less than we do.
Every figure here is read from the vendor's own pricing page and the date it was read is on each comparison page. For a size not listed, the verification cost calculator prices any volume across the same vendors.
For one list of 2,500, SimpleVerifier costs $9 (one month of Starter, 2,500 emails a month); the lowest price we found elsewhere is EmailValidation.io at $9.99. For one list of 100,000, SimpleVerifier costs $29.99 (one month of Pro); the lowest price we found elsewhere is EmailValidation.io at $94.99.

Each vendor's lowest published route for one list of that size, read from its own pricing page. Ours is one month of the smallest plan that covers it. Where a vendor is below our figure, it costs less for that job. Each vendor links to its comparison page, which records the date its prices were read. Check their site for current pricing before you buy.
Test it on a real address first
Type any address. It gets the same check the paid plans run: syntax, the domain’s mail servers and, where the provider allows it, a live mailbox check. Nothing is sent to the address.
Five checks a minute, no account needed. Nothing is sent to the address — we ask its mail server whether the mailbox exists, then disconnect.

Why the cheapest headline price is often not the cheapest bill
A low per-1,000 rate is usually the largest pack. On a small list you pay the small-pack rate, which can be several times higher. Credits that expire turn an unused balance into a cost, and a credit pack is bought again for every re-check of the same list.
A monthly plan has the opposite problem: if you verify once a year, you pay for months you don't use. Starter and Growth cancel anytime, so one month for one list is a real option.
Cheap is only cheap if the results are right
A verifier that only checks syntax and MX records will mark dead mailboxes as valid, and the bounces cost more than the verification saved. Test before you buy: invent an address at a real domain and check it on each tool. A real mailbox check returns invalid or risky; a syntax-only check returns valid.
Common questions
- What is the cheapest email verification service?
- It depends on the list. For one list of 10,000, the lowest published price we found is Reoon at $11.90; SimpleVerifier costs $19 (one month of Growth, 10,000 emails a month). For lists you re-check every month, a flat plan usually costs less than buying credits again.
- Is a credit pack or a subscription cheaper?
- For one pass over a small list, a credit pack often is. For a list you verify every month, or a large one, a flat monthly plan usually is. The tables on this page show both cases.
- Can I try SimpleVerifier free?
- Yes. The first 100 checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
Compare it on your own list
Pro is $29.99 a month and never cuts you off: the first 100,000 emails a month run at full speed, then big lists run slower. CSV uploads, the API (10,000 calls a month, then $1.50 per 1,000), the Google Sheets add-on and the email finder are included, and you can cancel any time. For smaller volumes, Starter is $9 a month for 2,500 emails a month and Growth $19 a month for 10,000 emails a month.
The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card, on the same engine the paid plans use.
