What Does It Cost to Verify 25,000 Emails? Published Prices and Time
Verifying 25,000 email addresses once costs between $27.50 and $274 at the vendors whose pricing pages we read between 30 October and 3 November 2026. SimpleVerifier's one-time pack of 25,000 checks is $29 and never expires. If you'll verify 25,000 every month, a flat plan usually costs less over a quarter than buying a pack each time.
Price isn't the only difference. What you're charged for, what happens to unknown results and how long the job takes all vary.

Bouncer's page has no 25,000 tier; its 10,000 is $60 and 50,000 is $250. The full comparison, with the source page for each vendor, is on the MillionVerifier, ZeroBounce and NeverBounce pages and in our pricing index.
The cheapest line isn't automatically the cheapest bill. Read what email verifiers charge for: some charge for duplicates and unknowns, some don't.
Pack or monthly plan
- Once, then done. A pack. Ours never expires, so leftover checks wait for the next list. Packs run at standard speed.
- 25,000 now and more next month. Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off. Two 25,000 lists a month on packs would be $58; on Pro it's $39.
- Not sure. Run the numbers in the email verification cost calculator with your real list sizes and frequency.
Credit expiry matters here too: email verifier credit expiry compared.
Shrink the list before you pay
You pay per row, so delete what you'd never send to:
- Duplicates. Merged exports often hold the same person twice. Use the duplicate email remover.
- Your suppression list. Past unsubscribes, hard bounces and complaints shouldn't be paid for again. Subtract them with compare email lists.
- Broken rows. Blanks, missing @ signs and two addresses in one cell: the bulk email syntax checker finds them for free.
- Typos. gmial.com and hotmial.com rows: the email typo corrector fixes the obvious ones.
How long 25,000 takes
Verification waits on the recipients' mail servers, which throttle, greylist and time out. That's why bulk verification takes hours at careful vendors. Our lists run at about 30 addresses a minute averaged over a day, up to about 60 while the day's capacity lasts, on capacity shared by all customers. For 25,000 that's roughly 7 to 14 hours before retries. If you need the list back within the hour, a vendor that publishes faster throughput will suit you better.
Limits
No verifier can promise a bounce rate. Catch-all domains accept every address at the check and decide later, so some results will be risky rather than valid or invalid; see what a catch-all domain is. And verification ages: re-check addresses you didn't send to within a few weeks.
Where SimpleVerifier fits
Upload the CSV at /verify and you get valid, risky (with the reason) and invalid files, with your other columns kept. The first 100 checks are free with a Google sign-in, which is enough for a sample. A one-time pack of 25,000 checks is $29 and never expires. Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off. See pricing.
Common questions
How much does it cost to verify 25,000 emails?
On the vendors' own pages checked between 30 October and 3 November 2026: Truelist $27.50, DeBounce $45, EmailListVerify $54, MillionVerifier $59, NeverBounce $125, Emailable $141, Kickbox $150 and ZeroBounce $274 for a one-off 25,000. SimpleVerifier's one-time 25,000 pack is $29.
Is a pack or a subscription better for 25,000 emails?
If you verify 25,000 once, a pack. If you'll verify that many again within a few months, compare against a monthly plan. Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off.
How long does it take to verify 25,000 emails?
On SimpleVerifier, lists run at about 30 addresses a minute averaged over a day, up to about 60 while the day's capacity lasts, on capacity shared by all customers. That puts 25,000 at roughly 7 to 14 hours, plus retries for servers that greylist. It's an estimate, not a promise.
Can I verify 25,000 emails for free?
Not with a mainstream verifier. Free allowances are in the tens or low hundreds of checks. Use them on a random sample to see how bad the list is before you buy.
Check your list before you send
Real mailbox checks over SMTP, and nothing is sent to the address. Sign in with Google and your first 100 email checks are free, no card. Plans for bigger lists are on the pricing page.
