Email Verification for a Team: Seats, Shared Lists and One Bill
For a team, put everyone on one account with their own sign-in rather than sharing a password. On SimpleVerifier that's the Business plan ($99 a month, 5 seats) or Agency ($249 a month, 15 seats). Each teammate signs in with their own Google account and works on the same lists, monthly volume and API keys, and the bill stays with the owner.
The plan is the easy part. The money is lost when three people verify overlapping lists, or one person sends to addresses another already marked invalid. Here's the setup and the rules that stop that.
What a seat gives a teammate
| Pro | Business | Agency | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Price | $39 a month | $99 a month | $249 a month |
| Seats (owner included) | 1 | 5 | 15 |
| Full-speed checks a month | First 100,000, then slower, never cut off | First 300,000, then slower, never cut off | First 750,000, then slower, never cut off |
| Lists ahead of the shared queue | No | Yes | Yes |
| API calls included a month | 10,000, then $1.50 per 1,000 | 100,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 | 300,000, then $1.00 per 1,000 |
| Client workspaces and branded reports | No | No | Yes |
Everything on one account is shared: lists, history, the monthly volume and API keys. There's no per-person allowance. Full plan details are on pricing, and the agency features on /agencies.
How to add people
- Owner subscribes to Business or Agency.
- Owner opens the team page in the dashboard and adds each teammate by the email address they sign in to Google with.
- Tell them yourself. We don't email an invitation. They sign in at simpleverifier.com with that Google account and land on the shared account.
- Remove people the same way when they leave. Only the owner can add or remove.
Because teammates share API keys, rotate a key when someone who had it leaves.
Agree on these before anyone uploads
- One suppression list. Unsubscribes, hard bounces and complaints from every sending tool go in one file. Everyone subtracts it before uploading; see build a cold email suppression list.
- Subtract what's already been checked. Before a teammate uploads a new export, compare it against recent results with compare email lists. Overlapping exports are common when reps pull from the same database.
- One owner per source. Apollo exports, event lists and the CRM each have one person responsible for verifying them. That's how you can tell later which source caused bounces.
- One place for results. Valid, risky and invalid files go back into the CRM or the sequencer, not into personal downloads folders. Verification results explained explains each status so everyone treats risky the same way.

Limits
Seats share one account, so a teammate can see and download every list on it. Agency's client workspaces file each list under a client so history and exports can be filtered by client; decide whether that's enough separation for you before adding people who shouldn't see everything. Teammates sign in with Google. And a shared volume means one big upload uses the month's full-speed checks for everyone.
Where SimpleVerifier fits
Try it alone first: the first 100 checks are free with a Google sign-in at /verify. Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off. Move to Business when a second person needs in. See pricing.
Common questions
Can several people use one email verification account?
On SimpleVerifier's Business and Agency plans, yes. Business has 5 seats and Agency 15, the owner included. Each teammate signs in with their own Google account and works on the same lists, monthly volume and API keys.
How do I add a teammate?
The account owner adds them on the team page by the address they use to sign in to Google. We don't send them an invitation, so tell them to sign in at simpleverifier.com with that Google account. Only the owner can add or remove people.
Do teammates get their own volume?
No. They share the account's monthly volume: Business has the first 300,000 checks a month at full speed and Agency the first 750,000, then slower, never cut off.
Does Pro have seats?
No. Pro ($39 a month) is for one person. Seats come with Business and Agency.
What does Agency add over Business?
More seats (15), more full-speed volume, and client workspaces: each list is filed under a client, history and exports can be filtered by client, and there are branded client reports and per-client usage.
