Each cell is the vendor’s cheapest published route for that many addresses in one go: one month of the smallest plan that covers it, or the smallest credit pack that does, whichever is lower. A dash means the page we read does not price that size. Sorted by the 100,000 column.
Our 1,000,000 figure is one month of a plan whose full-speed volume is smaller than the list; the rest runs in the slower lane. Check capacity is shared by all customers: list jobs run at up to about 60 addresses a minute while the day's capacity lasts, so a very large list queues rather than failing and can take days.
