Verify your Mailshake export before you send
Export your prospects from Mailshake as a CSV, upload it to SimpleVerifier as it is, and every address gets a live mailbox check. You download valid, risky and invalid files with your original Mailshake columns kept, ready to import back.
1. Export the CSV from Mailshake
- In Mailshake, open Campaigns from the left-side menu.
- Select the campaigns whose prospects you want.
- Click Export in the grey menu bar at the top and choose Prospects.
- When processing finishes, click Download CSV.
You can export up to 20 campaigns at a time. Mailshake has no single export of every prospect, so export from the campaigns they were uploaded to.

2. Upload it to SimpleVerifier
Sign in, upload the CSV as it came out of Mailshake and every address gets a live mailbox check with catch-all detection. The email column is found automatically.
Verify your Mailshake export3. Import the clean file back
You get three files: valid, risky and invalid, each with every column from the original export. Import the valid file back into Mailshake or your sending tool, and keep risky addresses (usually catch-all domains) out of cold sends.
Common questions
- How do I export my prospects from Mailshake?
- In Mailshake, open Campaigns from the left-side menu. Select the campaigns whose prospects you want. Click Export in the grey menu bar at the top and choose Prospects. When processing finishes, click Download CSV. You can export up to 20 campaigns at a time. Mailshake has no single export of every prospect, so export from the campaigns they were uploaded to.
- Do I need to change the Mailshake CSV before uploading it?
- No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Mailshake export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Mailshake.
- Why verify a list that came from Mailshake?
- Lead databases go stale as people change jobs, and a bounced cold email counts against your sending domain the same as any other. Verifying the Mailshake export before it goes into a sequence keeps the bounce rate under the roughly 2% line where mailbox providers start filtering, and it catches catch-all domains you should not send to blind.
- How much does it cost?
- Verification is $29.99 a month with no limit on verifications, for files up to 100,000 rows. See the pricing page for the plans.
