How do I export my contacts from Seamless.AI?

In Seamless, open the My Contacts tab and filter with the Filter Funnel icon if you need a subset. Click the three dots at the top right and choose Download Selected, Download Filtered or Download All. Under Download Type pick Clean, Raw or Custom, making sure the email fields are included. Click Download. Seamless says Clean excludes invalid information and Raw keeps everything it found, including invalid emails. Verify either; Raw is the one most likely to hold bad addresses.

Do I need to change the Seamless.AI CSV before uploading it?

No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Seamless.AI export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Seamless.AI.
