Verify your Kit export before you send
Export your subscribers from Kit as a CSV, upload it to SimpleVerifier as it is, and every address gets a live mailbox check. You download valid, risky and invalid files with your original Kit columns kept, ready to import back.
1. Export the CSV from Kit
- In Kit (formerly ConvertKit), go to Subscribers. To export a segment, open it from the right sidebar on the Subscribers page.
- To export only active subscribers, click Status and choose Confirmed subscriber.
- Tick the checkbox at the top of the list, then click Select all so every subscriber is selected, not just the current page.
- Click the three-dot menu, then Export.
- Download the file from the link Kit emails you, or from the notification icon panel.
If the link still reads Select all rather than Deselect all, only the current page is selected. Download links expire after five days.

2. Upload it to SimpleVerifier
Sign in, upload the CSV as it came out of Kit and every address gets a live mailbox check with catch-all detection. The email column is found automatically.
Verify your Kit export3. Import the clean file back
You get three files: valid, risky and invalid, each with every column from the original export. Import the valid file back into Kit or your sending tool, and keep risky addresses (usually catch-all domains) out of cold sends.
Common questions
- How do I export my subscribers from Kit?
- In Kit (formerly ConvertKit), go to Subscribers. To export a segment, open it from the right sidebar on the Subscribers page. To export only active subscribers, click Status and choose Confirmed subscriber. Tick the checkbox at the top of the list, then click Select all so every subscriber is selected, not just the current page. Click the three-dot menu, then Export. Download the file from the link Kit emails you, or from the notification icon panel. If the link still reads Select all rather than Deselect all, only the current page is selected. Download links expire after five days.
- Do I need to change the Kit CSV before uploading it?
- No. The email column is found by its header or its contents, so the Kit export works as it is. Every other column is kept, and the cleaned files come back with your original columns so you can import them straight back into Kit.
- Why verify a list that came from Kit?
- Subscribers who signed up years ago move jobs, abandon inboxes or typed their address wrong. Every send to a dead address in Kit is a bounce on your sender reputation, and many ESPs bill by contact count, so removing dead addresses also lowers the bill.
- How much does it cost?
- Verification is $29.99 a month with no limit on verifications, for files up to 100,000 rows. See the pricing page for the plans.
