Seamless.AI export to email list: Accept All flagged, invalid set aside

In short: Reads a Seamless.AI CSV (Clean, Raw or Custom download), uses Email 1 as the send address, reads its validation (Valid as verified, Accept All as risky, Invalid set aside), carries the Total AI score, merges repeats and flags role addresses, webmail and domain mismatches. Limit: Seamless doesn't publish its CSV column names; Email 1, Email 1 Validation and Total AI are found by name from an inferred list, so check the notes above the result.

Download the contacts from Seamless.AI as CSV and upload it here. Email 1 becomes the send address, its validation is read (Valid kept, Accept All marked risky, Invalid set aside), the Total AI score is kept next to it, repeats merge and role addresses are set aside. Then check the Accept All part live before you send.

Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing

How do I check the Seamless.AI contacts, Accept All included?

  1. Download the clean list here (tick the option to set aside Accept All if you want them in their own file).
  2. Upload it at /verify. Every address gets a live mailbox check, and valid, risky and invalid download as separate files; catch-all domains are marked. The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
  3. Send only the valid file. Accept All addresses that come back risky again belong in a small test, not the main sequence.

How do I clean a Seamless.AI export before emailing it?

  1. In Seamless, open My Contacts, click the three dots and choose Download Selected, Filtered or All; pick Clean, Raw or Custom with the email fields included.
  2. Upload the CSV here, or paste it. The email, name, company, website and status columns are found by name.
  3. Choose what to set aside: Seamless.AI's invalid addresses and role addresses (on to start), accept-all and unverified addresses, personal webmail.
  4. Download the clean list and the set-aside file, each with a flags column (role, webmail, possible typo, domain differs from the company website).

Example

You enter
A Seamless.AI download with 6 contacts: Email 1 Validation of Valid (3), Accept All (2) and Invalid (1), Email 1 Total AI scores, and one support@ address.
You get
4 in the list, the 2 Accept All marked risky with their Total AI scores, 1 set aside as invalid and support@ set aside as a role address. Ticking the accept-all option moves the 2 risky leads to the set-aside file.
Limits
Runs in your browser with no row cap; an uploaded file can be up to 25 MB.

What does Accept All mean?

Accept All means the company's mail server says yes to any address, so a check can't confirm that the person's mailbox exists. Seamless's own help suggests using Accept All emails only with a high Total AI score. Here they are kept and marked risky; tick the option to move them to the set-aside file.

A catch-all domain is the same thing under another name. A live check marks those domains so you can send to them slowly or not at all.

Clean, Raw or Custom?

Seamless says a Clean download leaves out invalid information and a Raw one keeps everything it found, invalid emails included. Either works here: invalid rows from a Raw download are set aside with a reason, so you can see how many there were.

Who uses this tool, and for what?

SDRs
Split Valid from Accept All before a Seamless list goes into a sequence.
Agencies
Clean a Raw download for a client and show how many invalid rows were in it.
Founders
Drop role inboxes and repeats from a Seamless list in one pass.

What can’t this tool tell you?

  • Seamless doesn't publish its CSV column names; Email 1, Email 1 Validation and Total AI are found by name from an inferred list, so check the notes above the result.
  • It can't tell which addresses have a working inbox today, or which domains accept every address; that needs a live mailbox check.
  • A lead database list is cold: nobody on it asked to hear from you. The tool doesn't make it compliant; follow the rules where your recipients are.

Common questions

What is the Total AI score?
Seamless's 0 to 100 confidence that the email is valid and belongs to the person. It's kept as written in vendor_status; this tool doesn't pick a cut-off for you.
Is my lead list uploaded?
No. The file is read in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to check the addresses afterwards.

A tidy list can still be full of dead addresses.

Extracting, deduplicating and syntax checks all work on the text of an address. None of them can tell whether the mailbox exists. Only the server that hosts it can answer that, through an SMTP check, and that is what the paid product does.

  • Upload the cleaned file as it is: CSVs up to 100,000 rows
  • A real SMTP mailbox check on every row, with catch-all detection
