Mighty Networks members to email list: one row per member, plans kept
In short: Reads the member list Mighty Networks emails to hosts (.xlsx or CSV), merges repeated members, keeps names and plans as labels, counts rows with no email and reads a marketing opt-in column if the file has one. Limit: Mighty Networks doesn't publish the member list's column names; Email, names and Plans are found by name (inferred headings), so check the notes.
In Mighty Networks, open Admin > Members > Member List, click Download and accept the terms; Mighty emails you a link to an .xlsx file. Upload it here: one row per member with name and plans kept, repeats merged, rows without an email counted, and you download a CSV ready for your email tool.
Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing

How do I check the member list before emailing it?
- Download the member list here.
- Upload it at /verify. Every address gets a live mailbox check, and valid, risky and invalid download as separate files. The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
- Import the valid file into your email platform.
How do I turn a Mighty Networks member list into an email list?
- In your network, open Admin > Members > Member List and click Download. Accept the terms.
- Open the email Mighty Networks sends and download the .xlsx file. For one paid plan, use Admin > Plans & Access > Plan List instead.
- Upload the .xlsx (or a CSV saved from it) here.
- Download the member list; check that members agreed to marketing email before a promotional send.
Example
- You enter
- A Mighty Networks member list with 6 rows: Ana twice on different plans (once in capitals), 1 member with no email and 3 others.
- You get
- 4 members in the list, Ana merged with labels
Inner Circle, Course; 1 row counted as having no email. The notes say there is no consent column, so every member is kept. - Limits
- Runs in your browser with no row cap; an uploaded file can be up to 25 MB.
Why are some emails missing from my Mighty Networks export?
Mighty Networks' help says full member data, including email addresses, needs a plan that includes it. On a plan without it the file lists members without addresses; those rows are counted here as having no email.
The member list has no marketing consent column as far as we can tell, so every member with an address is kept and the notes say so. Joining a network is agreement to its notifications, not to marketing from another tool, so check what members agreed to when they joined.
Who uses this tool, and for what?
- Community hosts
- Send a launch or event email from your email platform to members with plans kept.
- Coaches with paid plans
- Pull one plan's members into a separate onboarding sequence.
- Hosts leaving Mighty
- Take the member list to a new platform without duplicates.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- Mighty Networks doesn't publish the member list's column names; Email, names and Plans are found by name (inferred headings), so check the notes.
- No consent column is read unless the file has one; marketing consent is yours to confirm.
- Email addresses only appear on plans that include member data.
- It can't tell which addresses still have a working inbox.
Common questions
- Does it read the .xlsx directly?
- Yes. .xlsx, .ods, CSV and pasted text all work, read in your browser.
- What happens to members on several plans?
- A member listed more than once becomes one row, with every plan combined in the labels column.
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. It is read in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to check the addresses afterwards.

A tidy list can still be full of dead addresses.
Extracting, deduplicating and syntax checks all work on the text of an address. None of them can tell whether the mailbox exists. Only the server that hosts it can answer that, through an SMTP check, and that is what the paid product does.
- Upload the cleaned file as it is: CSVs up to 100,000 rows
- A real SMTP mailbox check on every row, with catch-all detection
