How do I check the reusable leads before the next campaign?
- Download the reusable leads here.
- Upload them at /verify. Every address gets a live mailbox check, and valid, risky and invalid download as separate files; catch-all domains are marked. The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
- Upload only the valid file to the new campaign.
How do I build a suppression list from an Instantly export?
- In Instantly, open the campaign's Leads tab, filter by status if you like, select the leads and click Download as CSV.
- Upload the CSV here, or paste it. Several campaign downloads can be combined; repeats merge.
- Choose what to set aside besides bounces, unsubscribes and invalid: replied or interested (on), not interested (on), risky and catch-all, role addresses.
- Download the reusable leads and the suppression file. Upload the suppression file to Instantly's blocklist and every other tool you send from.

Which Instantly statuses go where?
Bounced and Unsubscribed lead statuses, and an Invalid verification status, always go to the suppression file. Replied leads and an interest status of Interested, Meeting booked or Won are set aside as engaged; Not interested, Wrong person and Lost as said no. Not yet contacted, Contacted and Completed leads stay in the reusable list, and Risky or Catch-all verification is kept and shown unless you tick the option.
Why check leads that already went through a sequence?
A Completed lead didn't bounce when it was mailed, but inboxes close as people change jobs, and catch-all leads were never proven in the first place. Re-running a stale list is how a campaign that was fine last quarter hits a bounce rate that hurts the sending domains. A live mailbox check finds the ones that closed.

- Which columns does it read?
- Email, Lead Status, Interest Status, Verification Status and Campaign Name when present, found by name. The notes above the result say which were found.
- Can I use it with an Instantly CRM leads export?
- Yes, if the file has an email column. Without a status column nobody can be set aside as bounced, and the notes say so.
- Is my lead list uploaded?
- No. The file is read in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to check the addresses afterwards.
