Saleshandy prospects to email list: a suppression file and the prospects safe to re-use
In short: Reads a Saleshandy prospects CSV: status (Active, Replied, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Finished), outcome (Interested, Meeting booked, Not interested) and verification status (Valid, Risky, Invalid); bounced, unsubscribed and invalid always set aside. Limit: Saleshandy doesn't publish its CSV export headings; Status, Outcome and Verification Status are found by name from an inferred list, so check the notes above the result.
Export the prospects from a Saleshandy sequence (the CSV arrives by email) and upload it here. Bounced, unsubscribed and invalid prospects always go to the suppression file; replied, interested and not-interested prospects go there too by default. The rest are safe to re-use. Check them live before the next sequence.
Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing

How do I check the reusable prospects before the next campaign?
- Download the reusable prospects here.
- Upload them at /verify. Every address gets a live mailbox check, and valid, risky and invalid download as separate files; catch-all domains are marked. The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
- Import only the valid file into the new campaign.
How do I build a suppression list from a Saleshandy export?
- In Saleshandy, open the sequence, go to Prospects and click Export at the top right (or select prospects on the main Prospects page and export). The CSV arrives by email.
- Upload the CSV here, or paste it. Exports from several sequences can be pasted one after another; repeats merge.
- Choose what to set aside besides bounces and unsubscribes: replied or interested (on), not interested (on), risky verification, role addresses.
- Download the reusable prospects and the suppression file. Add the suppression file to every other tool you send from.
Example
- You enter
- A Saleshandy export with 7 prospects:
StatusFinished, Bounced, Unsubscribed, Replied and Active,OutcomeMeeting booked on one,Verification StatusValid, Risky and one Invalid, and aninfo@address. - You get
- 3 prospects safe to re-use (the risky one marked) and a 4-prospect suppression file: bounced, unsubscribed, invalid and the meeting booked. Ticking role addresses also sets aside
info@. - Limits
- Runs in your browser with no row cap; an uploaded file can be up to 25 MB.
Why set aside invalid prospects even if they never bounced?
Saleshandy's own verification marked them invalid, so they'd bounce on first send. They're always set aside. Risky prospects stay in the reusable file unless you tick the option, because risky often means a catch-all domain that a live check can't settle either way.
Saleshandy's help also says to remove bad, risky and undeliverable addresses before uploading a list, which is what the suppression file is for.
Is a finished prospect still safe?
Finished only means the sequence ran without a bounce. Inboxes close when people change jobs. Before re-using prospects in a new sequence, a live mailbox check finds the ones that closed.
Who uses this tool, and for what?
- Cold email agencies
- Carry a client's suppression list from Saleshandy into the next tool.
- SDRs
- Recycle finished prospects into a new sequence without the bounces and the people who said no.
- Founders
- Keep one suppression list across Saleshandy and your CRM.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- Saleshandy doesn't publish its CSV export headings; Status, Outcome and Verification Status are found by name from an inferred list, so check the notes above the result.
- Unsubscribes recorded account-wide but not on a prospect in this export won't be in the file.
- It can't tell which addresses have a working inbox today; that needs a live mailbox check.
Common questions
- Which Saleshandy columns does it read?
- The email, the prospect or sequence status, the outcome, and the verification status when present. The notes above the result say which were found.
- Can I export from Lead Finder too?
- Yes. Saved prospects from Lead Finder export as CSV; they won't have sequence statuses, so only the verification column applies.
- Is my prospect list uploaded?
- No. The file is read in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to check the addresses afterwards.

A tidy list can still be full of dead addresses.
Extracting, deduplicating and syntax checks all work on the text of an address. None of them can tell whether the mailbox exists. Only the server that hosts it can answer that, through an SMTP check, and that is what the paid product does.
- Upload the cleaned file as it is: CSVs up to 100,000 rows
- A real SMTP mailbox check on every row, with catch-all detection
