Sales Navigator leads to email list: enriched emails cleaned and flagged
In short: Reads a Sales Navigator lead list exported through your CRM or the enrichment tool that found the emails, reads its email status column (valid, catch-all, risky, invalid), merges repeats and flags role addresses, webmail and emails on a domain other than the company website. Limit: Enrichment tools name their columns differently; the email, status and profile URL columns are found by name from an inferred list, so check the notes above the result.
Sales Navigator has no CSV export and no email addresses, so the list comes from your CRM (via CRM Sync) or from the enrichment tool that found the emails. Upload that CSV: the email status is read, repeats merge, role addresses are set aside and domain mismatches flagged. Then check it live: every address was found, not given.
Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing

How do I check the Sales Navigator emails before sending?
- Download the clean list here.
- Upload it at /verify. Every address gets a live mailbox check, and valid, risky and invalid download as separate files; catch-all domains are marked. The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
- Load only the valid file into your sequencer; keep catch-all leads for LinkedIn outreach or a small test.
How do I clean a Sales Navigator lead list before emailing it?
- Export the leads from your CRM after CRM Sync, or download the enriched list from the tool that found the emails.
- Upload the CSV here, or paste it. The email, name, company, website and status columns are found by name.
- Choose what to set aside: the enrichment tool's invalid addresses and role addresses (on to start), accept-all and unverified addresses, personal webmail.
- Download the clean list and the set-aside file, each with a flags column (role, webmail, possible typo, domain differs from the company website).
Example
- You enter
- A Sales Navigator lead list exported from an enrichment tool with 6 rows: an
Email Statuscolumn (valid, catch-all, risky), one lead with no email, Raj twice, and one email on a domain other than the company website. - You get
- 4 leads in the list (2 verified, 2 risky), Raj merged, 1 row counted as having no email, and the off-domain address flagged.
- Limits
- Runs in your browser with no row cap; an uploaded file can be up to 25 MB.
Can I export emails from Sales Navigator?
No. LinkedIn's help says Sales Navigator has no spreadsheet export for leads or accounts; on Advanced Plus, CRM Sync moves saved leads into your CRM. Email addresses then come from the CRM or an enrichment step. Scraping tools that pull lists straight out of Sales Navigator can break LinkedIn's User Agreement, so check before you use one.
Why check enriched emails at all?
Enrichment tools guess or match an address for each name. A status of valid from the tool is its own check at the time, and catch-all or risky means the domain couldn't confirm the person. Those are read here; a live mailbox check shows which still exist on the day you send.
Who uses this tool, and for what?
- SDRs
- Clean the email side of a Sales Navigator search before a multichannel sequence.
- Agencies
- Check an enriched lead list from a client before it goes into the sending tool.
- Founders
- Drop role and webmail addresses from a list built from Sales Navigator saved leads.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- Enrichment tools name their columns differently; the email, status and profile URL columns are found by name from an inferred list, so check the notes above the result.
- It doesn't read anything from LinkedIn; it only reads the file you upload.
- It can't tell which addresses have a working inbox today, or which domains accept every address; that needs a live mailbox check.
- A lead database list is cold: nobody on it asked to hear from you. The tool doesn't make it compliant; follow the rules where your recipients are.
Common questions
- Does it work with any enrichment tool's file?
- It looks for common column names (Email, Work Email, Email Status, LinkedIn or Sales Navigator profile URL), so most files read. If no email column is found, the notes say so; rename the column to Email and try again.
- Can it tell which domains are catch-all?
- Not from the file alone. It reads the vendor's own accept-all or catch-all label where the export has one. Whether a domain accepts every address only shows up in a live check, which /verify runs and marks.
- Is my lead list uploaded?
- No. The file is read in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to check the addresses afterwards.

A tidy list can still be full of dead addresses.
Extracting, deduplicating and syntax checks all work on the text of an address. None of them can tell whether the mailbox exists. Only the server that hosts it can answer that, through an SMTP check, and that is what the paid product does.
- Upload the cleaned file as it is: CSVs up to 100,000 rows
- A real SMTP mailbox check on every row, with catch-all detection
- Small list? Starter at $9/mo covers 2,500 emails a month, cancel anytime
Plans from $9 a month, cancel anytime, no contract. Sign in with Google and your first 100 email checks are free, no card. The free tools stay free either way.
