Salesloft, Outreach, Mailshake and Klenty exports to a clean email list
In short: Reads a people or prospects export from Salesloft, Outreach, Mailshake or Klenty, sets aside anyone marked opted out, do not contact or bounced (and, by choice, replied or not interested), merges repeats and gives you a reusable list and a suppression file. Limit: Columns are found by name; a renamed opt-out field won't be read, and the notes say which columns were.
Export people or prospects from Salesloft, Outreach, Mailshake or Klenty with their opt-out, bounced and stage columns, and upload the CSV here. Opted-out, do-not-contact and bounced people are always set aside; replied and not interested ones are by choice. Repeats merge, and you download a reusable list and a suppression file.
Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing

How do I check a sales engagement list before the next cadence?
- Download the reusable contacts here.
- Upload them at /verify for a live mailbox check. The first 100 email checks are free with a Google sign-in, no card.
- Add the valid contacts to the next cadence or sequence.
How do I turn a Salesloft or Outreach export into a clean email list?
- Salesloft: People, select, Export. Outreach: Prospects, select, Export. Mailshake: the campaign's Recipients, Export. Klenty: Prospects, select, Export as CSV. Include the opt-out, bounced and status or stage columns.
- Upload or paste the file here and press Split the contacts.
- Choose whether replied, interested and not interested people are set aside.
- Download the reusable contacts and the suppression list, and load the suppression list into every other tool your team sends from.
Example
- You enter
- A Salesloft-style people export of 6 rows with Cadence, Person Stage, Do Not Contact, Bounced and Replied columns: one in cadence, one bounced, one Do Not Contact, one replied, one cold, one replied and not interested.
- You get
- 2 contacts safe to re-use (
[email protected],[email protected]); 4 on the suppression list: bounced, do not contact, replied, and not interested. - Limits
- Runs in your browser with no row cap; an uploaded file can be up to 25 MB.
Which columns mark someone you shouldn't email?
Salesloft's Do Not Contact and person stage, Outreach's Opted Out and prospect stage, Mailshake's unsubscribed and bounced recipient flags, and Klenty's prospect status. True/false columns count when set; a stage or status reading Bounced, Opted Out or Do Not Contact counts too. Replied and interested people are set aside by default because they belong in a conversation, not a new cadence.
None of these tools publishes its export headings, so columns are found by name and the notes say which were read.
Why carry the suppression list to every tool?
An opt-out in Outreach doesn't reach your marketing platform or a second sequencer on its own. Gmail and Yahoo ask bulk senders to honour unsubscribes within two days (Google, Yahoo), and RFC 8058 one-click unsubscribes make opting out easy. Load the suppression file wherever your team sends from. The Outreach and Salesloft list prep guide covers the import side.
Who uses this tool, and for what?
- Sales ops
- Pull a clean list and one suppression file out of Salesloft or Outreach before moving reps to another tool.
- SDR managers
- Recycle prospects who finished a cadence last quarter without re-mailing opt-outs.
- Agencies
- Take over a client's Mailshake or Klenty campaigns with their opt-outs carried across.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- Columns are found by name; a renamed opt-out field won't be read, and the notes say which columns were.
- Opt-outs held only at the account or domain level aren't in a people export.
- It can't tell which addresses still have a working inbox.
Common questions
- Which tools does it read?
- Salesloft, Outreach, Mailshake and Klenty exports, and most other sales engagement exports with an email column and an opt-out or status column.
- What if the export has no opt-out column?
- Then nobody can be set aside as opted out, and the notes say so. Add the column to the export view and export again.
- Are replied prospects kept?
- Set aside by default, since they're in a conversation. Untick the option to keep them.
- Is my file uploaded?
- No. It is read in your browser. Nothing is sent unless you choose to check the addresses afterwards.

A tidy list can still be full of dead addresses.
Extracting, deduplicating and syntax checks all work on the text of an address. None of them can tell whether the mailbox exists. Only the server that hosts it can answer that, through an SMTP check, and that is what the paid product does.
- Upload the cleaned file as it is: CSVs up to 100,000 rows
- A real SMTP mailbox check on every row, with catch-all detection
