Instagram email finder: get the email from a creator's bio and check it
In short: Paste the bio. Emails written in it (spelled-out ones too) and on its link-in-bio page or website are listed and checked live. Instagram itself is never opened. Limit: It never opens Instagram, so it only knows what you paste.
An Instagram email finder pulls the business address a creator shares. Paste the profile's bio: this one reads every email written in it, including forms like name [at] gmail [dot] com or 📧 name@…, reads the link-in-bio page or website in the bio, and checks each address with the mail server. It never opens instagram.com, whose terms forbid scraping.
Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing

How do I verify a whole list of creator emails?
- Export your creator or influencer sheet as a CSV, or paste the email column.
- Drop it on /verify: every address gets the same mailbox check, without an email being sent.
- Send pitches only to the valid ones; treat risky (often catch-all) addresses as a smaller second batch.
How do I find an Instagram influencer's email address?
- Open the profile in the Instagram app or on the web and copy the bio, links included.
- Paste it here, with the profile URL if you like (it's noted, not opened), and press Find emails.
- Read each address found, where it came from, and its Valid, Risky or Invalid result with the mail server's reason.
- Copy the good ones, or carry a whole creator list to /verify.
Example
- You enter
- The bio
Food + travel 🌮✈️ Austin/📧 collabs: maya.eats [at] example [dot] comwith the profile URLinstagram.com/maya.eats.example. - You get
- 1 address:
[email protected], marked spelled out in the bio, then sent to the live mailbox check for Valid, Risky or Invalid with the server's reason. The Instagram URL is listed as not opened. - Limits
- The bio is read in your browser; pages are read up to 4 a minute and 30 an hour per visitor, and addresses are checked 5 a minute.
Why do I have to paste the bio?
Because we don't fetch Instagram. Its Terms of Use forbid collecting information in an automated way without permission, and it blocks automated requests anyway. Pasting the bio you can already see keeps this within the rules and shows you exactly what the creator chose to publish.
The Email button on business and creator profiles is a separate case: it opens your own mail app with the address the account added, and it only exists inside Instagram. Tap it yourself and paste the address in with the bio to check it.
What does it read in a bio?
Addresses written plainly, addresses spelled out to dodge scrapers (name [at] gmail [dot] com, name (at) domain (dot) co, name at gmail dot com, spaced name @ gmail . com, the full-width @), and addresses after an emoji such as 📧 or ✉️. It also reads URLs: a Beacons, Stan or other link-in-bio page, or the creator's own website, is fetched as one public page (and, for a website, one linked contact page) for mailto links and written addresses. Linktree asks automated tools not to read its pages, so for a Linktree you paste its text too.
What do Valid, Risky and Invalid mean?
Each address found goes through the same live check as the free email verifier: DNS for the domain's mail server, then a RCPT TO question to that server, with nothing sent to the inbox. Valid means the server said the mailbox exists. Invalid means mail would bounce: no mail server, or the server said the mailbox doesn't exist. Risky means the server wouldn't say, which is usual for catch-all domains and for providers that hide mailbox status, so the address may work but can't be confirmed.
Can I pitch a creator at the address I find?
A business address a creator writes in their bio is there for brand and collaboration enquiries, which is what most pitches are. Laws such as CAN-SPAM in the US, PECR and GDPR in the UK and EU, and CASL in Canada still apply to commercial email: say who you are, make the offer relevant to the creator, and honour a no. A personal address that happens to be visible is not an invitation to add someone to a mailing list.
Who uses this tool, and for what?
- Brand and influencer marketers
- Get the collab address from a creator's bio and link-in-bio page and check it before the first pitch.
- Agencies
- Check the business address for a shortlist of creators, then carry the whole list to /verify.
- PR teams
- Find where a creator wants press and gifting enquiries, without guessing.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- It never opens Instagram, so it only knows what you paste.
- The in-app Email button isn't visible to it; tap it yourself.
- An address in a bio can be old; the mailbox check shows whether it still takes mail, not whether the creator reads it.
- Pages behind a login, or that add addresses with JavaScript after loading, aren't seen.
Common questions
- How do I find someone's email on Instagram?
- Look in the bio, the Email or Contact button on a business profile, and the link in the bio. Paste the bio here to pull and check every address in it and on its linked page.
- Can this find an email from just an Instagram username?
- No. We don't open Instagram, so a username alone gives us nothing to read. Paste the bio text; the username or URL is only kept as a note.
- Does it read the Email button on business profiles?
- No. That button only works inside Instagram. Tap it yourself, then paste the address with the bio to check it.
- Why is an address marked Risky?
- The creator's mail server wouldn't confirm the mailbox. That's usual for catch-all domains and some providers. It may work, but a pitch to it can bounce.
- Is this Instagram email finder free?
- Yes, with no account. Pages are read up to 4 a minute and 30 an hour per visitor, and addresses are checked 5 a minute.
