Influencer list email verifier: check every creator email before you pitch
In short: Paste or drop a creator CSV. Addresses are found by column or in bios, repeats and bad formats set aside, the first five checked here and the whole list carried to /verify. Limit: Five addresses are checked here; the whole list is checked at /verify.
An influencer list email verifier checks the creator addresses on your sheet before a campaign. Paste or drop a CSV with handles and emails (or bios): this one finds each address, decodes spelled-out ones, sets aside repeats and broken formats, checks the first five with the mail server here, and carries the whole list to /verify for the same check.
Price: this tool is free. Checking a whole email list is from $9/mo, and the first 100 checks are free with Google, no card. See pricing
The list is read in your browser. The first 5 addresses get the free mailbox check here (five a minute); the whole list is verified together on /verify.
Sample result
6 creator rows give 3 addresses to verify: 1 repeat, 1 broken format and 1 row with no address set aside.

How do I verify a whole list of creator emails?
- Export your creator or influencer sheet as a CSV, or paste the email column.
- Drop it on /verify: every address gets the same mailbox check, without an email being sent.
- Send pitches only to the valid ones; treat risky (often catch-all) addresses as a smaller second batch.
How do I check the emails on an influencer list?
- Export your creator sheet as a CSV with a handle column and an email or bio column, or paste one creator per line.
- Paste it or drop the file and press Read and check.
- See how many addresses are ready, the repeats, broken formats and rows with no address, and the first five checked live.
- Press Verify to carry the whole list to /verify and download the results.
Example
- You enter
- A CSV of 6 creators with
handle, platform, email, bio: two rows with[email protected], one with[email protected], one with no email butbusiness: jay.fits [at] example [dot] comin the bio, onehello@nomadframesand one with no address anywhere. - You get
- 3 addresses ready to verify (one found in the bio column, marked spelled out), 1 repeat, 1 broken format (
hello@nomadframes: the domain has no dot) and 1 row with no address. The first 5 are checked live here; Verify carries all 3 to /verify. - Limits
- Read in your browser, files up to 5 MB; the first 5 addresses are checked here, 5 a minute, and the whole list at /verify.
What does it do with my creator sheet?
It reads the file in your browser. The email column is found by its contents, so it can be called anything. Rows with no address there are read for one written elsewhere on the row, such as a bio column with business: name [at] gmail [dot] com. Repeated addresses keep their first row, and values with an @ that aren't valid addresses are listed with the reason. Only the addresses you check are sent: the first five go to the free mailbox check here, and the rest go to /verify when you press Verify.
Why verify creator emails before a campaign?
Creator sheets age fast: addresses are copied by hand, scraped from old bios or passed between agencies. Every pitch that bounces counts against your sending domain, and a batch with many bounces can push the rest to spam. Checking first means the pitches that go out reach a mailbox.
What do Valid, Risky and Invalid mean?
Each address found goes through the same live check as the free email verifier: DNS for the domain's mail server, then a RCPT TO question to that server, with nothing sent to the inbox. Valid means the server said the mailbox exists. Invalid means mail would bounce: no mail server, or the server said the mailbox doesn't exist. Risky means the server wouldn't say, which is usual for catch-all domains and for providers that hide mailbox status, so the address may work but can't be confirmed.
Can I pitch a creator at the address I find?
A business address a creator writes in their bio is there for brand and collaboration enquiries, which is what most pitches are. Laws such as CAN-SPAM in the US, PECR and GDPR in the UK and EU, and CASL in Canada still apply to commercial email: say who you are, make the offer relevant to the creator, and honour a no. A personal address that happens to be visible is not an invitation to add someone to a mailing list.
Who uses this tool, and for what?
- Influencer agencies
- Clean a creator roster before a campaign so pitches land in real inboxes.
- Brand teams
- Check a list bought or shared by a partner before the first send.
- UGC platforms
- Check creator sign-up emails in bulk before an onboarding sequence.
What can’t this tool tell you?
- Five addresses are checked here; the whole list is checked at /verify.
- A valid mailbox means mail is accepted, not that the creator reads it or wants the pitch.
- It finds the first address on each row; a row with two keeps the first.
Common questions
- How do I verify a list of influencer emails?
- Paste or drop the CSV here to clean it and check the first five, then press Verify to run the same mailbox check on the whole list at /verify.
- Does my sheet need an email column?
- No. The email column is found by content, and rows without one are read for an address written in another column, such as a bio.
- Is my list uploaded?
- No. It's read in your browser. Only the addresses checked are sent: five here, and the full list once you carry it to /verify.
- What happens to duplicate creators?
- A repeated address keeps its first row and is counted as a repeat, so one creator listed on two platforms gets one check.
- Why only five here?
- The free mailbox check runs five addresses a minute per visitor. The whole list is checked together at /verify.

Every address left in your cleaned list still need a mailbox check.
This tool removed what can be found without contacting a mail server. Whether each remaining mailbox actually exists can only be answered by asking the server that hosts it — an SMTP check — and that is what the paid plan does.
- Upload the cleaned file as it is — CSVs up to 100,000 rows
- A real SMTP mailbox check on every row, with catch-all detection
- Valid, risky and invalid exported as separate files
