Truelist vs MillionVerifier
Up to 250,000 addresses Truelist costs less at its published rates: $14 against $39 for 10,000 and $90 against $149 for 100,000. From 500,000 MillionVerifier is cheaper: $299 against $350 for 500,000 and $449 against $700 for 1,000,000. Credits never expire on either. The difference past price is catch-all handling: Truelist resolves many catch-all addresses at 3 credits each, while MillionVerifier hands back the credits for risky results.

Cost for one pass over a list

Catch-all addresses are billed in opposite directions
Truelist charges 1 credit for a standard check and runs an enhanced check only where the standard one returns unknown; each address that check resolves costs 3 credits. On a list that is mostly catch-all domains, the real Truelist cost can therefore be well above the table, which prices standard checks only.
MillionVerifier goes the other way. Its help center says it adds back the credits used on risky results, unknown and catch-all, once a job finishes, as credits rather than money, and its homepage says catch-all verification is included at no extra cost. You pay less for those rows, but you get a risky flag rather than a resolved answer.
Truelist also sells an Unlimited plan for standard validations, from $799 a month on a 12-month commitment billed upfront or $999 a month on 3 months. MillionVerifier has no subscription; every pass is a new pack.
Choose Truelist if
your lists are under 250,000 addresses, or mostly B2B catch-all domains you want resolved rather than flagged.
Choose MillionVerifier if
you clean half a million addresses or more at a time, or want risky and catch-all results credited back rather than charged extra.
Disclosure — our product
Where SimpleVerifier fits, and where it does not
We publish this comparison and we sell a third option, so treat the rest of this section as the pitch it is. SimpleVerifier is a monthly price with no per-email fees: verification is never cut off (each plan sets how many a month run at full speed) and API calls are included each month, so there are no credits to buy or expire:
Pro $39/mo
Email verification with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off, plus the finder and the API.
Pro + Phone $49.99/mo
Pro with the phone add-on: live carrier lookups for your phone lists.
Business $99/mo
For senders with big lists: the first 300,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off.
Agency $249/mo
For agencies running lists for clients: the first 750,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off.
That is worth it in two cases: large lists, because volume does not change the price, and lists you verify repeatedly, because a confirmed result is cached for 14 days so the second pass costs nothing. Outside those two cases, a metered vendor is usually cheaper and you should use one, Truelist and MillionVerifier included.
Run the same test on any verifier
Type any address. It gets the same check the paid plans run: syntax, the domain’s mail servers and, where the provider allows it, a live mailbox check. Nothing is sent to the address.
Five checks a minute, no account needed. Nothing is sent to the address — we ask its mail server whether the mailbox exists, then disconnect.
Have a list? Sign in with Google and the first 100 addresses are checked free, with results to download. No card.
