Toll-free and premium numbers in Colombia
Toll-free numbers in Colombia start with 1800 after the country code +57 and have 11 digits after the country code. Premium-rate numbers start with 1900, 1901, 1947, 1948 or 901. Example: 01-800-1234567, or +5718001234567 in E.164.

Every valid Colombia number of each type starts with one of these digit groups. The example column shows Google’s example number for the range, written internationally.
| Type | Starts with, after +57 | Digits | Example |
|---|---|---|---|
| Toll-free | 1800 | 11 | +57 1 800 1234567 |
| Premium rate | 1900, 1901, 1947, 1948, 901 | 10 or 11 | +57 1 900 1234567 |
What each type means for the caller
- Toll-free: 1800
- Free to the caller, usually only from inside the country; the business that owns the number pays for the call. 11 digits after +57.
- Premium rate: 1900, 1901, 1947, 1948 or 901
- Charged above a normal call at a rate set by the service, with part of the charge going to the service provider. 10 or 11 digits after +57.
Writing and dialling a Colombia toll-free number
Colombia has no trunk prefix, so the number is the same at home and abroad; in E.164 put +57 in front: 01-800-1234567 becomes +5718001234567. Many freephone numbers still only accept calls from inside Colombia, and a call from abroad that does connect is usually charged.
Toll-free and premium numbers in a phone list
In a lead or customer list, a toll-free number usually reaches a company line rather than a person, and a premium-rate number costs you money to call. The free toll-free number checker flags them in a pasted list or CSV, and the Colombia phone number format page covers mobiles and landlines.

A prefix says what a range is for. A live lookup says what the line is now.
Pro + Phone is $49.99 a month (or $499.90 a year): upload a CSV and every number gets a live line-type and carrier lookup, with the emails in the same file checked too.

- 11 digits after the country code +57.
- Can I call a Colombia toll-free number from abroad?

- How do I spot a premium-rate number in Colombia?

The numbering plan only knows what a range was issued for.
In the US and Canada mobiles and landlines share the same prefixes, and anywhere a number can be ported or reassigned the range stops telling the whole story. A live carrier lookup asks the network data instead, which is what Pro + Phone ($49.99/mo) adds.

- Carrier name for every number looked up
- Upload a CSV up to 100,000 rows; emails in the same file get a mailbox check
