How do I bulk verify emails for Instantly?
Export the leads from the Instantly campaign or your source file as CSV, verify them, and import only the valid addresses back. SimpleVerifier can also connect to Instantly with an API v2 key, check a campaign's leads in place, and optionally delete the bad ones and add them to your block list.
Why verify before launch
Instantly auto-pauses a campaign on a high bounce rate (5% by default after 200 or more sends, adjustable), and bounces count against the sending inboxes that carry them. Verification before the first send protects the inboxes you have already warmed.
Two ways to do it
The steps, in order.
- File route: verify the CSV before importing, then upload valid addresses and hold risky ones for a small test send.
- Connected route: add your Instantly API v2 key, pick a campaign, and verify its leads without exporting; write-back to delete leads or block-list addresses is a choice you confirm.
Related questions
- Does verifying inside Instantly cost extra sends?
- No. Verification connects to the recipient's mail server without sending a message, so it does not use your sending inboxes.

Figures marked as ours come from SimpleVerifier’s own dated tests on made-up addresses, published with their data on the research page. No customer data is used, and we publish no accuracy percentage because we have no independent measurement to back one.
Do it now
Test it on a real address first
Type any address. It gets the same check the paid plans run: syntax, the domain’s mail servers and, where the provider allows it, a live mailbox check. Nothing is sent to the address.
Five checks a minute, no account needed. Nothing is sent to the address — we ask its mail server whether the mailbox exists, then disconnect.
