Who should pick which
- Pick Hunter if it is where you find and email prospects. The verifier is one click away and you're paying for the suite anyway.
- Pick Kickbox if you verify occasionally and want to pay per address, with unknowns refunded.
- Pick a flat plan if you re-verify the same pipeline every month. Per-email pricing charges you again on every pass.
Before you upload anything
Strip duplicates, blank rows and role addresses first, so you don't pay to check them. The free email list cleaner and role-based email filter run in the browser. If the leads came from Hunter, the Hunter export to email list tool pulls the column out.
Catch-all addresses
A catch-all domain accepts every address at SMTP time, so a verifier can't prove the mailbox exists. SimpleVerifier returns those as risky, never valid, and grades each one higher, medium or lower likelihood. Our post on what to do with catch-all emails covers sending rules.
