Reoon vs Clearout: Cheap Packs or Rollover Subscription?

··2 min read

Reoon is cheaper than Clearout at every volume both publish: 10,000 checks are $11.90 once at Reoon against $58 a month on Clearout's Pro plan. Clearout's pitch is a finder and verifier in one account with monthly credits that roll over, so it suits teams who want both tools and a steady allowance.

Who should choose which

  • Reoon: solo senders and freelancers who want the lowest per-check price for an occasional list.
  • Clearout: teams that want a finder and a verifier together, on a plan where unused credits carry over.
  • Flat monthly plan: cold email teams re-verifying a large pipeline every month.

Catch-all billing

Both tools charge for catch-all rows, and neither can confirm those mailboxes, because the domain accepts everything. On a B2B list that can be a large slice of your spend. SimpleVerifier returns catch-alls as risky, never valid, with a higher, medium or lower likelihood grade. Read catch-all emails: what to do.

Before you buy credits

Clean the file first so you don't pay to check junk: the free email list cleaner drops duplicates, blanks and malformed rows in your browser. Then price your real monthly volume with the verification cost calculator.
