ZeroBounce Pricing Explained: What 2,000, 10,000 and 100,000 Checks Cost
ZeroBounce pricing has three parts: a free plan with 100 credits a month, pay-as-you-go packs starting at 2,000 credits for $39, and the ZeroBounce ONE subscription from $99 a month for at least 10,000 credits. The cost per email falls with volume, from about 2 cents at the smallest pack to about 0.65 cents at 100,000.
Prices below were read from the ZeroBounce pricing page. The free plan, minimum pack and $99 subscription were confirmed on 21 October 2026; the larger packs and subscription tiers were read on 12 October 2026. Check the page before buying.
Free plan
ZeroBounce lists a free plan with 100 validation credits a month. That is enough to spot-check a few signups or test the product, not to clean a list.
Pay-as-you-go packs
| Credits | Price | Per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| 2,000 | $39 | $19.50 |
| 5,000 | $69 | $13.80 |
| 10,000 | $129 | $12.90 |
| 25,000 | $274 | $10.96 |
| 50,000 | $499 | $9.98 |
| 100,000 | $649 | $6.49 |
| 250,000 | $1,299 | $5.20 |
| 1,000,000 | $3,199 | $3.20 |
Packs continue to larger volumes. A list between two pack sizes means buying the larger pack or combining smaller ones, so a 12,000-row list costs more than 12/10ths of the 10,000 pack.
ZeroBounce ONE subscription
| Monthly credits | Monthly price | Per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| 10,000 | $99 | $9.90 |
| 25,000 | $199 | $7.96 |
| 50,000 | $379 | $7.58 |
| 100,000 | $449 | $4.49 |
The page lists annual billing at 20% off. A subscription only beats packs if you use most of the allowance each month.
Working out what you would pay
- Count your monthly volume, including re-checks of older contacts and tests of new lead sources.
- Remove duplicates and suppressed contacts first, since every row costs a credit. The duplicate email remover is free.
- Compare a year of packs against a year of subscription at your volume.
The email verification cost calculator does this comparison across vendors.

ZeroBounce sits at the higher end on verification price alone. What you get for that is a wider product range, a free monthly allowance and an established brand. If you use those extras, the premium buys something. If you only upload lists to clean, a lower-priced verifier does the same job for less; see ZeroBounce alternatives for small lists.
Questions to ask before a big ZeroBounce purchase
- Which results consume credits? Unknowns and duplicates matter on B2B lists.
- Do credits expire? Check the current terms.
- What file size can you upload? Very large files may need splitting.
- Is API usage billed from the same credits? Usually yes, at the same rate.
Worked examples
Three common situations, using the published prices above:
A 3,000-row list, once. The 2,000 pack does not cover it, so you buy the 5,000 pack at $69, or a 2,000 pack plus another 2,000 pack at $78. The 5,000 pack is the better buy, and 2,000 credits are left over.
12,000 new leads every month. The 10,000-credit ZeroBounce ONE tier at $99 does not cover it, so you either move up to the 25,000 tier at $199 a month or top up with packs. Over a year, that is $2,388 on the 25,000 tier.
A 100,000 list, cleaned twice a year. Two 100,000 packs at $649 each is $1,298 a year. A subscription would only make sense if you also verify steadily in between.

The same questions apply to every vendor, not just ZeroBounce:
- What is the smallest purchase? It sets the cost of a small one-off job.
- How does the per-1,000 price change with volume? Big drops reward buying large packs, if you will use them.
- Do credits expire? Unused credits are money lost.
- Is the subscription price monthly or annual? Headline prices are often annual.
- What counts as a credit? Duplicates, unknowns and API calls may or may not be charged.

Common questions
How much does ZeroBounce cost?
On its pricing page in October 2026, ZeroBounce listed a free plan with 100 monthly credits, pay-as-you-go packs from 2,000 credits for $39 (10,000 for $129, 100,000 for $649), and a ZeroBounce ONE subscription from $99 a month with a 10,000-credit minimum.
What is the ZeroBounce cost per email?
It depends on pack size. In the published prices, 2,000 credits for $39 works out at about 2 cents per email, and 100,000 for $649 at about 0.65 cents per email.
Is ZeroBounce ONE cheaper than pay as you go?
At 10,000 a month, the $99 subscription was cheaper than the $129 10,000-credit pack. It only pays off if you use that volume every month; for occasional lists, packs avoid a recurring charge.
Does ZeroBounce charge for unknown results?
Check ZeroBounce's current documentation and terms; vendors differ on which results consume credits. Ask before buying a large pack if your list is heavy in corporate domains.
