Is Reoon Email Verifier Legit? Prices, Refunds and What Its Terms Say (November 2026)
Yes, Reoon Email Verifier is legit: it's a working, publicly priced verifier that says it has been "Serving users since 2018", with an API, published terms and a privacy policy. Its main draw is price: 10,000 checks cost $11.90 and credits never expire. The catch for a cautious buyer is paperwork: on 3 November 2026 its terms named the operator only as "Reoon Technology", governed by the law of the Netherlands, with no registered company name or address.
Everything below is from Reoon's verifier page, terms and privacy policy, read 3 November 2026. We sell a competing verifier, so we've stuck to what Reoon publishes and made no claims about its accuracy.

Below 100,000 that's one of the lowest published rates; our pricing index has the wider market. Above 500,000 it falls behind vendors whose price drops faster with volume. The Reoon comparison page keeps these figures with their check dates, and Reoon vs ZeroBounce puts them next to a pricier rival.
The catches
- A thin legal footprint. If your company's vendor review needs a registered entity, an address and a data processing agreement, ask Reoon for them before you upload customer data. "Netherlands law" with no named company is a question your procurement team will ask.
- Catch-alls are charged. Reoon's FAQ counts a catch-all result as a successful, charged check. That's normal for the market. Just don't read "unknown is free" as "everything uncertain is free". To see how much of your list sits on catch-all domains before you buy, run its domains through the bulk catch-all checker.
- The daily plan doesn't stack. Unused daily checks are lost, so a 50,000-row list on the 500-a-day plan takes 100 days. Buy an instant pack for one-off lists.
- Every pass is a new purchase. No flat plan, so a list you re-check monthly is bought again each time.
How to check it yourself
Take 500 rows from your own list, including some you know bounced, and run them through Reoon's free allowance and one other verifier. Compare how each labels catch-all and unknown, then send to the valid rows and count bounces. Our bench test guide has the method, and the email list sampler pulls a fair random sample without opening the file in Excel.
Where SimpleVerifier fits
If you verify once in a while, Reoon's packs are hard to beat on price. If you re-check every month, a flat plan may cost less: Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off. Our one-time packs start at 10,000 checks for $15 and never expire. Upload at /verify; the first 100 checks are free with a Google sign-in. See pricing.
