Is Bouncer Legit? The Company, Prices and Refund Terms (November 2026)

··3 min read

Yes, Bouncer is legit. It's run by Bouncer Sp. z o.o., a Polish limited company in Wrocław named in its terms, and has been operating since at least 2017. It publishes its prices, says it's hosted in the EU, and doesn't charge for duplicates or unknown results. The catch is the refund policy: its terms say all purchases are non-refundable, so test with the free credits first.

A named limited company with a street address in the EU is the easiest kind of vendor to clear through a procurement or GDPR review. If that's your blocker, Bouncer clears it more easily than vendors that name no entity at all. Our GDPR and email verification guide lists what to ask any vendor.

What it costs

Pay-as-you-go, checked 2 November 2026:

Pack Price Per 1,000
1,000 $8 $8.00
5,000 $35 $7.00
10,000 $60 $6.00
50,000 $250 $5.00
100,000 $400 $4.00
250,000 $750 $3.00
500,000 $1,250 $2.50
1,000,000 $2,000 $2.00

Monthly plans run the same volumes about 20% cheaper: $28 for 5,000, $48 for 10,000, $320 for 100,000 and $1,600 for 1,000,000 a month. Bouncer sits in the middle of the market: cheaper than ZeroBounce at most sizes, dearer than the budget verifiers. See the Bouncer comparison page and ZeroBounce vs Bouncer.

Not charging for duplicates actually matters

Most verifiers bill every row, so a merged file with the same address three times costs three checks. Bouncer says it won't. You can get the same saving anywhere by deduplicating first with the duplicate email remover, which runs in your browser. Our what email verifiers charge for post compares how vendors bill duplicates, unknowns and catch-alls.

Who it suits

You are... Bouncer fits?
An EU company that needs EU hosting and a named processor Yes, its strongest case

Where SimpleVerifier fits

If EU hosting with a named Polish company is a requirement, Bouncer is a sensible pick. If you mainly want a lower monthly bill for frequent re-checks, Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off. Test both on the same sample: the first 100 checks are free with a Google sign-in at /verify. See pricing and the Bouncer alternatives roundup.
