Is EmailListVerify Legit? Who Runs It, Prices, Refunds and Data Storage (November 2026)

··2 min read

Yes, EmailListVerify is legit: it's a working email verifier operated by EmailListVerify s. r. o., a company registered in Bratislava, Slovakia. It's one of the cheaper options, from $5 for 1,000 checks and $16 a month for 5,000. Before you buy, note that its refund wording covers the EU/UK consumer withdrawal right rather than a general money-back promise, and that its privacy policy sets no fixed deletion period for uploaded lists.

Who it suits

EmailListVerify suits small, steady lists. At 5,000 a month, its $16 plan costs less than any SimpleVerifier plan that covers 5,000 a month, and that's the honest recommendation if 5,000 is all you need. EU buyers may also prefer its stated EU storage.

The catches

  1. No fixed list-deletion period. Delete uploads yourself after downloading results.
  2. The allowance is the ceiling. A list past your tier pushes you up the ladder.
  3. Refunds are narrow. Test on a sample first.

Role addresses such as info@ and sales@ often aren't worth paying to check for outreach; strip them with the role-based email filter first.

Where SimpleVerifier fits

If your lists are large or you re-check monthly, Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off. The first 100 checks are free with a Google sign-in at /verify. See SimpleVerifier vs EmailListVerify and the EmailListVerify alternatives roundup.
