Is Emailable Legit? The Company, Prices and Guarantee Fine Print (November 2026)
Yes, Emailable is legit. It's run by Emailable, LLC, with terms governed by Florida law, and it publishes its prices, an API, a guarantee and a trust centre. New accounts get 250 free credits, credits never expire, and unknowns and duplicates are credited back. The catches are in the small print: payments are non-refundable outside a few listed cases, and the guarantee only covers opt-in lists emailed within 24 hours of verification.

What it costs
Pay-as-you-go, checked 30 October 2026:
| Pack | Price | Per 1,000 |
|---|---|---|
| 5,000 | $38 | $7.60 |
| 10,000 | $60 | $6.00 |
| 25,000 | $141 | $5.64 |
| 50,000 | $245 | $4.90 |

| 500,000 | $1,350 | $2.70 |
| 1,000,000 | $2,100 | $2.10 |
A subscription takes 15% off, so 100,000 a month is $357. Emailable sits mid-market, cheaper than ZeroBounce and dearer than the budget verifiers. See the Emailable comparison page, ZeroBounce vs Emailable and Clearout vs Emailable.
The guarantee, read closely
Emailable's guarantee page promises "97%+" deliverability on Microsoft-managed addresses and "99%+" on all others, on these conditions:
| Condition | Emailable's rule |
|---|---|
| Minimum list | 1,000 unique addresses |
| Send window | Emailed within 24 hours of verification |
| Which results | Deliverable only |
| Which bounces count | Invalid, non-existent addresses only |
| List source | Emails "you collected from your own opt-in source" |
| Claim window | Within 72 hours of the discrepancy |
| Remedy | "100% refund for qualifying emails that did not meet our guarantee" |
The opt-in condition means bought, scraped or data-vendor lists, which covers most cold email, aren't covered. Our bounce guarantees roundup compares this with other vendors' terms.
Who it suits
- Marketers with opt-in lists who want a generous free sample (250) and credits that never expire.
- Teams that need a vendor with a named US company and security paperwork.
- Not the cheapest pick for one-off cleans of 500,000 or more; see the pricing index.
Before you buy anywhere, pull a fair sample of your list with the email list sampler and run it through each tool's free credits.
Where SimpleVerifier fits
