Ahmed Karrar
Founder of SimpleVerifier
Ahmed Karrar is the founder of SimpleVerifier, an email verification service. He builds the product and writes the blog. The blog says what it tested and what it did not, reads every price off the vendor’s own pricing page, and publishes its measurement studies with the raw data so anyone can recount the numbers.
What he built
SimpleVerifier checks whether an email address can actually receive mail: a syntax check, an MX lookup and an SMTP conversation with the recipient’s mail server. Anything the probe cannot confirm comes back as risky, never as valid. It also includes an email finder and website enrichment, for one flat price of $29.99 a month with no credits — the limits are published on the pricing page.
Around it sit the free tools (single-address verification, a domain deliverability audit, SPF, DKIM and DMARC checks, a disposable-domain checker, a list health check and a cost calculator), and the reference pages: the deliverability glossary, the SMTP reply codes and the disposable domain list.
Why the blog exists
The SimpleVerifier blog is written to a few rules:
- Honest testing. Posts say what was tested and what was not. The pricing index, for one, states that it did not test accuracy and ranks on published price only.
- Prices read off vendor pages. Every competitor price comes from that vendor’s own pricing page, with the date it was read, and the comparisons say plainly when a competitor is the cheaper choice.
- Measurement, not opinion. The data studies query public DNS records and published pages directly, state their method and limitations, and link the full CSV.
- Disclosure. SimpleVerifier publishes no accuracy percentage, and posts that compare vendors say where our own product stands.
55 articles are live on the blog.
