Is Truelist Legit? Who Runs It, Prices, Credit Expiry and the Unlimited Plan (November 2026)
Yes, Truelist is legit: it's a working email verifier operated by Truelist, Inc., with an address in Erie, Pennsylvania. It has some of the lowest published per-1,000 rates we record, and credits never expire. Two things to check before you buy: its catch-all resolution costs extra credits, and its flat-rate Unlimited plan needs a commitment of at least three months, billed upfront.

What it costs

| Volume | Rate per 1,000 | Example total |
|---|---|---|
| Up to 10,000 | $1.40 | 10,000 = $14 |

Unlimited plans: from $799 a month on a 12-month commitment, $999 a month on 3 months, billed upfront. Every size is on the Truelist pricing page, and Truelist vs DeBounce is a neutral head-to-head.
The catch-all add-on
Truelist's enhanced validation tries to resolve catch-all addresses its standard check can't confirm. It runs only on unknowns and costs 3 credits for each address it resolves, so a B2B list heavy on catch-all domains can use noticeably more credits than its row count. Estimate the share first with the cold email list checker, and see catch-all email verifiers compared.
Who it suits
Truelist suits buyers who want low per-1,000 rates with no expiry, and B2B teams who want catch-alls resolved rather than flagged.
The catches
- Refund terms unquoted. Ask before committing to a large pack or Unlimited.
- Unlimited needs upfront commitment. Three months minimum.
- Per-pass billing. Each re-check is a new credit purchase.
Where SimpleVerifier fits
For a single pass, Truelist's rates are below ours and we'd say so. Our case is catch-all handling without extra credits (catch-alls stay in risky with a likelihood grade, not resolved to valid) and monthly re-checks: Pro is $39 a month with the first 100,000 checks a month at full speed, then slower, never cut off.
