Is Verifalia Legit? Who Runs It, Prices, Credit Expiry and Retention (November 2026)

··2 min read

Yes, Verifalia is legit: it's a long-running email verifier operated by Cobisi Research, a company established under Italian law. Its credit packs never expire, it publishes a VAT ID and a registered address, and its terms cap retention at 30 days. Before you buy, check two things: fees are non-refundable outside mandatory consumer law, and its higher quality levels cost more credits per address.

Sources: Verifalia's terms of service (last updated 15 January 2026) and pricing, read 3 November 2026; prices as recorded on our Verifalia comparison page (checked 2 November 2026). We sell a competing verifier; we make no claims about Verifalia's accuracy.

What it costs

Credit packs, checked 2 November 2026 (Standard quality, 1 credit per address):

Pack Price Per 1,000
1,000 $7.90 $7.90
5,000 $28.90 $5.78
10,000 $49.90 $4.99
100,000 $389 $3.89
500,000 $990 $1.98
1,000,000 $1,490 $1.49

High and Extreme quality cost 2 and 4 credits per address, so a pack covers half or a quarter as many addresses at those levels. Plans are daily allowances, from $9.90 a month for 250 a day. Every size is on the Verifalia pricing page, and NeverBounce vs Verifalia is a neutral head-to-head.

Who it suits

Verifalia suits lists with slow or greylisting mail servers: its High and Extreme levels re-try addresses with temporary problems. Its SDKs cover .NET, Go, Java, JavaScript, PHP and Ruby. If temporary failures keep coming back in your own sends, find them with the repeat soft bounce finder.

The catches

  1. Daily plans expire nightly. A large list either waits for days of allowance or needs a pack.
  2. Quality levels multiply credits. Budget 2x or 4x for High or Extreme.
  3. Non-refundable. Test a sample first.
