Auto-Verify New Leads Every Day in Instantly, Smartlead, HubSpot and Mailchimp
To auto-verify new leads every day, connect your tool on SimpleVerifier's Integrations page (/connect), pick a campaign, list or audience, and press Auto-verify new leads daily. Once a day the source is pulled and only addresses not seen before are checked, up to 10,000 a day, then tagged with the same write-back you chose (for example sv_status). Existing leads are checked on the first run only if you tick that option. Auto-verify is part of the paid plans.
Why one-off cleaning is not enough
A campaign or CRM list is not a fixed file. New leads arrive from forms, enrichment tools, teammates and imports every day. A list you cleaned last month can be full of unchecked addresses today. Checking new leads as they arrive keeps the bounce risk from building up between big clean-ups.
Which sources it works on
| Tool | Sources |
|---|---|
| Instantly | Campaigns and lead lists (guide) |
| Smartlead | Campaigns (guide) |
| HubSpot | Lists and segments (guide) |
| Mailchimp | Audiences and segments, subscribed contacts only (guide) |
Turn it on
- Connect the tool on Integrations if you have not.
- Pick the source and the write-back options. Tagging is on by default; destructive options stay off unless you tick them.
- Press Auto-verify new leads daily.
- In the confirm dialog, decide on Also check the leads already in it on the first run. Off means today's leads are only remembered, no checks used, and new leads are checked from tomorrow.
- Press Turn on daily auto-verify.
The card then lists the schedule with its last result and the next run time. Turn off stops it.
What it costs
The confirm dialog shows the cost line for your plan before you turn it on:
- Starter and Growth: new leads use your monthly allowance, never pack credits. When the allowance is used up, that day is skipped rather than charged elsewhere.
- Pro, Business and Agency: they count against your full-speed volume, then the slow lane, at no extra cost.
Free accounts can still run one-off checks through the same integrations with their free checks. Run 100 free checks on one source to see the results before you upgrade for the daily schedule. Plan details are on pricing.
What it will not do
- It does not re-check old leads. Addresses it has already seen in that source are skipped. For a full re-check, run a normal verification.
- It does not turn risky into valid. Catch-all and unconfirmed results stay risky. See catch-all emails: what to do.
- It is not real-time. It runs once a day. If you need to check at the moment of signup, use the API or a Zapier or Make flow.
Common questions
How do I verify new leads automatically every day?
Connect the tool on SimpleVerifier's Integrations page, pick the campaign, list or audience, and press Auto-verify new leads daily. Once a day the source is pulled and only new addresses are checked and written back.
Which tools support daily auto-verify?
The native integrations: Instantly campaigns and lead lists, Smartlead campaigns, HubSpot lists and segments, and Mailchimp audiences and segments.
Does auto-verify re-check leads it already checked?
No. It remembers which addresses it has seen in that source and checks only new ones, up to 10,000 a day. To re-check old leads, run a normal verification on the source.
What does auto-verify cost?
It is part of the paid plans. On Starter and Growth new leads use your monthly allowance, never pack credits, and a day is skipped when the allowance is used up. On Pro, Business and Agency they count against the monthly full-speed volume, then the slow lane, at no extra cost.
Can a free account use auto-verify?
No. Free accounts can run one-off checks through the integrations with their free checks, but the daily schedule needs a paid plan.
