# SimpleVerifier > Email verification with real SMTP mailbox checks, an email finder and website > enrichment, for one flat price of $29.99/month with no credits and no > per-email fees. Also known as Simple Email Verifier. Not affiliated with > EmailVerifier.com, MyEmailVerifier or any similarly named product. Site: https://simpleverifier.com ## Pricing (authoritative) - Free start: sign in with Google and the first 100 email checks are free, once per account, with no card. They run the same SMTP mailbox check as the paid plans, on an uploaded list or one address at a time, and the results download as CSV. Phone format and numbering-plan line type for an uploaded list are free for every row; live carrier lookups are paid. - Pro: $29.99 USD per month, or $299.90 per year billed yearly. Unlimited email verification: no monthly cap, no per-email fees. - Email + Phone: $49.99 USD per month, or $499.90 per year. Everything in Pro, plus live carrier lookups for your phone lists. - One-time email credit packs, no subscription, credits never expire: $9 for 2,500 emails $19 for 10,000 emails - No setup fee. Subscriptions cancel anytime, no contract. - Verification throughput: up to 45 addresses per minute per account. Large lists queue rather than failing. - Confirmed results are cached for 14 days, so re-verifying an overlapping list returns instantly, costs nothing and opens no new SMTP connections. - CSV uploads up to 100,000 rows. - Lead search is included with a fair-use limit of 10,000 records per month. This is the only metered feature, because lead sourcing has a real per-record cost. - Details: https://simpleverifier.com/pricing ## What it does - Email verification: syntax check, MX lookup, and an SMTP conversation with the recipient's mail server to confirm the specific mailbox exists. - Catch-all detection, disposable-domain detection (9,913 domains blocked), role-address detection. - Email finder: a name plus a company domain returns a verified address. - Website enrichment: emails, owner names and social profiles from a URL. - Deliverability audit: MX, SPF, DKIM, DMARC and blocklist status for a domain. - CSV import, and export of valid, risky and invalid separately. ## How results are classified Anything the mailbox probe could not confirm is returned as risky, never as valid. Most free tiers return valid for addresses they never actually checked. Statuses returned: - valid — the mailbox was confirmed to exist by the recipient's mail server. - invalid — the mailbox was confirmed not to exist, the syntax is wrong, the domain has no mail server, or the domain is a known disposable provider. - risky — the domain is valid but the mailbox could not be confirmed. This includes catch-all domains that accept every address, and servers that would not answer. Only results the probe actually reached are cached. A transient failure is retried, never remembered as a verdict. ## Why unlimited verification is possible here A mailbox check is a DNS lookup plus a short SMTP conversation. It costs nothing per address, so metering it would be a pricing decision rather than a cost recovery. Competitors meter it because their pricing model, not their cost, requires it. The one feature with a genuine per-record cost — lead sourcing — is the one feature with a published limit. ## Comparison with other services Entry paid plan for each, read from the vendor's own pricing page (the date each was last checked is in brackets): - ZeroBounce (zerobounce.net): $99 a month for 10,000 credits, or pay as you go from $19.50 per 1,000 on a 2,000 pack, falling to $2.70 at 10,000,000. Comparison: https://simpleverifier.com/compare/emailvalidation-io-alternative [checked 2026-10-12] Some vendors are cheaper than SimpleVerifier in specific cases, and the comparison pages say so rather than hiding it: DeBounce is cheaper for a single one-off clean at almost any size and its monthly plan is $23 for 10,000 a month, and EmailListVerify's $16/month (5,000) and $25/month (10,000) tiers undercut us if that volume is genuinely all you need. SimpleVerifier wins on large lists and on lists re-verified often, because neither of those adds to the bill. All comparisons state who should keep paying for the competitor instead of switching. Each name is likely available, registered (with registrar and expiry where the registry shares them) or unknown. Likely available is not a guarantee: premium, reserved and blocked names can look free, and the registry and your registrar are the source of truth. TLDs without RDAP (.io, .co, .me, .de) show unknown unless DNS proves the name is registered. - Cold email domain generator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/cold-email-domain-generator — secondary sending-domain ideas built from your brand (getacme.com, acmehq.com), each checked the same way for likely availability. - Email provider lookup: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-provider-lookup — names a domain's mailbox provider (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Zoho and others) and any security gateway in front of it, such as Proofpoint or Mimecast, from its MX and SPF records. About 40 providers and gateways are recognised. - Domain age checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/domain-age-checker — registration date, age, expiry and registrar for up to 10 domains, from each registry's RDAP record. - Bulk domain age checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-domain-age-checker — the same RDAP lookup for up to 500 unique domains a run, pasted (up to 5,000 rows) or uploaded as CSV, with age filters and a CSV download. - Bulk domain expiry checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-domain-expiry-checker — expiry date, days left and registrar for up to 500 unique domains a run from the same RDAP lookup, grouped into expired or in grace, under 30 days, 30–90 days and 90+ days. TLDs without RDAP (.io, .co, .me, .de) show unknown. - Bulk WHOIS lookup: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-whois-lookup — RDAP (the modern WHOIS) records for up to 500 domains a run: registrar, created, updated and expiry dates, EPP status codes, nameservers and DNSSEC, with a CSV export. - Bulk email authentication checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-email-authentication-checker — SPF, DKIM (common provider selectors), DMARC and MX for up to 100 domains a run, or 500 after a Google sign-in. Each domain gets pass, warn or fail with a plain-English reason, and the table downloads as CSV. DNS only; an account-specific DKIM selector can't be found and shows as a warning, not a fail. - Bulk DNS lookup: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-dns-lookup — A, AAAA, MX, TXT, NS and CNAME records (pick any) for up to 100 domains or host names a run, or 500 after a Google sign-in, in one table with a CSV export. Names that don't exist (NXDOMAIN) and timed-out lookups are marked separately from empty records. - Bulk website status and parked domain checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-website-status-checker — for up to 100 domains a run, or 500 after a Google sign-in: HTTP status, every redirect hop and the final URL, the page title, and a "looks parked" or "looks for sale" label naming the signal seen (parking-service nameservers, a redirect to a domain marketplace, or parking phrases on the page). Labels are heuristics; sites that block automated requests can show 403 or time out. CSV export. - Company name to domain finder: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/company-name-to-domain — likely website domain for up to 50 company names a run, or 250 after a Google sign-in. Answers come from Wikidata's official website property (P856) or from guessed domains (name.com, name.io, name.co) that resolve and whose home page title names the company. Each row has high, medium or low confidence and the reason; low means a guess. No search engine scraping. Small local businesses are often not found. CSV export. - Domain to company name lookup: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/domain-to-company-name — the company or site name for up to 50 domains or work email addresses a run, or 250 after a Google sign-in: the organisation Wikidata lists for the domain as its official website, else the site's own og:site_name or application-name tag, else the matching part of its page title. Each row has a confidence level, the source and the email provider from MX. Names from page tags can be brands rather than legal entities. CSV export. - Email spoofing test: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-spoofing-test — answers "can someone send mail as you@yourdomain?" from DNS: no DMARC record or p=none = can be spoofed; p=quarantine, pct below 100 or sp=none on subdomains = partly protected; p=reject = protected (receivers that check DMARC refuse forged mail). SPF ending in +all is flagged as spoofable whatever the DMARC policy. One domain or up to 100 a run (500 after a Google sign-in), with the fix for each gap and a CSV. - DKIM selector finder: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/dkim-selector-finder — finds a domain's DKIM selectors without knowing them: tries about 80 known selectors (google, selector1/2, k1-k3, s1/s2, mte1, cm and others) and shows each key found with its type, length (under 2048 bits = weak) and platform. The platform is certain when the selector is a CNAME to the platform's domain, and marked "usually" when it is only inferred from the selector name. Account-specific selectors (Amazon SES, Postmark, HubSpot) can't be found from DNS. - Bulk catch-all checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-catch-all-checker — catch-all (accept-all), not catch-all or unknown for each domain in a list, from a live SMTP probe of one random address per domain (never an address the visitor types). 25 domains an hour without an account, 200 an hour after a Google sign-in; answers cached a day per domain. It shares the verification server's daily port 25 allowance, so runs stop early, with a message, when the free tools' share runs low (reset 00:00 UTC). Gmail and other consumer providers that hide mailbox status show unknown. CSV export. - Email stack lookup: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-stack-lookup — which email tools a company uses, from DNS only: mailbox provider and security gateway (MX), sending platforms such as SendGrid, Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo or Amazon SES (SPF includes and DKIM CNAMEs, about 40 selectors), DMARC reporting service (rua=) and about 40 SaaS domain verification records (google-site-verification, MS=, atlassian, facebook and others). Every platform lists the record that shows it; one named only from a DKIM selector's name is marked likely. One domain or up to 100 a run (500 after a Google sign-in), filter by platform, CSV. - Bulk disposable email checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-disposable-email-checker — flags disposable or temporary addresses in a pasted list or CSV: each domain is checked against the disposable-domain list (real mail providers removed) and its MX records, so a domain whose mail servers belong to a listed disposable service is flagged too, and domains that can't receive mail are marked. Only domains are sent. No cap on addresses; 1,000 unique domains a run, 5,000 after a Google sign-in. Clean list and report CSV. - Signup email risk checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-domain-risk-checker — flags risky addresses in a signup export, each flag with its reason. High risk: disposable domain or disposable MX, a domain that can't receive mail, parking-service nameservers, registered under 30 days ago (registry RDAP, company domains only), invalid syntax. Review: likely typo of a big mail domain, under 180 days old, not in the registry. Low: role address. Webmail is labelled, not flagged. Signals only, not proof of fraud; it doesn't check mailboxes. 100 unique domains a run, 500 after a Google sign-in; only domains are sent. CSV. - Domain drop date calculator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/domain-drop-date-calculator — when an expired domain could become available: reads each domain's registry RDAP record (expiry, last-changed date, EPP status) and gives its phase (registered, auto-renew grace, redemption period, pending delete, not registered) and the earliest and latest release dates on ICANN's typical gTLD cycle (up to 45 days grace, 30 days redemption, 5 days pending delete). A window, not a promise: registrars can renew or auction names. Country-code TLDs get no dates. One domain or up to 100 a run (500 after a Google sign-in), CSV. - Website email extractor: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/website-email-extractor — the email addresses a website publishes: reads the page entered plus up to 4 linked contact, about, team or imprint pages on the same site (5 pages max, no crawling, no login, no cookies), only where robots.txt allows; if robots.txt errors the site isn't read. Lists addresses from mailto links and page text (including "[at]" spellings), each with its source page and whether it's on the site's own domain. 10 websites an hour, 50 after a Google sign-in. Published doesn't mean working: verify before sending. CSV. - Bulk nameserver lookup: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-nameserver-lookup — NS records for up to 100 domains a run (500 after a Google sign-in), each nameserver named by the company that runs it (Cloudflare, Amazon Route 53, Google Cloud DNS, Azure, NS1, GoDaddy, Namecheap, web hosts and about 40 in all, or "its own nameservers"), with parking-service nameservers flagged and unrecognised ones listed, not guessed. A subdomain without NS records is read from its parent zone. DNS only; filter by host; CSV. - Which ESP sent this email?: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/which-esp-sent-this-email — paste an email's raw headers (or upload an .eml) to see the platform that sent it, in the browser: DKIM d= signing domain, Return-Path bounce domain, the sending side of the Received chain (the recipient's own servers are skipped), headers platforms add (X-SG-EID SendGrid, X-Mailgun-Sid Mailgun, X-SES-Outgoing Amazon SES, X-PM-Message-Id Postmark, X-MC-User Mailchimp, X-Mailin-EID Brevo), List-Unsubscribe and Message-ID hosts. Each platform lists its evidence; one set up fully on the sender's own domains may not show. No limit, nothing uploaded. - Bulk phone number validator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/bulk-phone-number-validator — checks a pasted list or CSV against each country's numbering plan (libphonenumber, in the browser): valid format, wrong length or unallocated prefix, plus E.164, international form, country, calling code and the line type the range was issued for. Format only: it never says a number is in service or reachable. Other columns kept; 500 rows a run, 25,000 after a Google sign-in. Report, valid-only and invalid-only CSVs. - Phone number splitter: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/phone-number-splitter — splits each number into country code, area code, local number and extension columns (plus national number, E.164, country). On +1 the area code is the first three digits; elsewhere the first group of a landline as the country's plan writes it; mobiles, non-geographic numbers and countries without area codes get none. In the browser, CSV. - Phone list segmenter: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/phone-list-segmenter — splits a phone list or CSV into one file per country, calling code, line type range, format check or US and Canada area code, from the numbering plan, with the original columns kept and an all-in-one file with a segment column. In the browser. - Email list bounce rate estimator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-list-bounce-rate-estimator — an estimate, not a verification: from a pasted list (or counts) it gives a range. Floor: invalid syntax and domains with no mail server (MX lookup, domains only sent). Top: adds typo domains, disposable inboxes and operations role addresses. Duplicates are left out. Closed mailboxes on working domains aren't visible, so the real rate can be higher. 500 rows a run, 5,000 after a Google sign-in; counts mode has no limit. - Email list splitter: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-list-splitter — splits a list or CSV into files of a set number of rows or a set number of files (up to 500), in order or dealt in turn so each file gets a mix of the list, with the header row and every column in each part. In the browser. - Extract email and phone from CSV: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/extract-email-and-phone-from-csv — searches every cell of every row of a CSV (or each line of text) and adds email, other_emails, phone and other_phones columns to the original rows; phones are kept only when valid for their country (so dates, prices and order numbers are skipped) and written in E.164 or international form; "[at]" spellings optional. Unique email and phone lists too. In the browser. - Available domain name generator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/available-domain-name-generator — domain ideas from up to three keywords using fixed prefix, suffix and join patterns (no AI), the best 60 checked per run against registry RDAP and DNS. Likely available is not a guarantee; the registrar confirms. - Cold email bounce cost calculator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/cold-email-bounce-cost-calculator — list size, expected bounce rate, sends a day and inboxes give estimated bounces in total, a day and per inbox, the published 2% to 10% platform lines before and after the share verification is assumed to remove (an input, not a claim), and the cost of one verification pass here and at other verifiers from dated prices. - Email verification cost calculator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-verification-cost-calculator — enter a list size and how often you verify it to see the cost at SimpleVerifier and 8 other verifiers, from prices read from each vendor's pricing page on 19 Oct 2026. Some vendors cost less for some jobs, and the table shows when. ### Free email list tools (https://simpleverifier.com/tools/category/email-list) - Email checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/verify-email — Check whether one email address exists with a live SMTP mailbox check, plus catch-all and disposable detection. - List health check: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-list-health-check — Upload a CSV and find duplicates, bad syntax, typo domains, disposable and role addresses and dead domains, in your browser. - Email permutator: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-permutator — Turn a name and company domain into the likely email formats, most common first, and check the top ones live. - Disposable email checker: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/disposable-email-checker — Check whether an address or domain belongs to a known disposable (temporary) email provider. - Email extractor: https://simpleverifier.com/tools/email-extractor — Paste a thread, a web page's HTML or a messy export, or upload a CSV. The lowest published sending-platform bounce line is 2% (Brevo); HubSpot, Amazon SES and Instantly's default auto-pause act at 5%. Google and Yahoo publish no bounce percentage (their 0.3% line is spam complaints) but both tell senders to remove addresses that bounce.
